I booked this installation 2 months ahead. They keeped me informed all the way along informing me I could have it installed earlier if I wanted to. On the day of installation 2 young men Jayden and Jeff arrived right on time and were so respectful of my property and my husband and I and chatted to us about what they were going to do and asked us if we were happy with it. They left with no mess at all making sure I was connected before they left. I can't recommend this company enough especially Jayden and Jeff . Thanks guys
Very positive experience with Mark W who knocked on our door recently. We had never heard of Connect Fibre but he ran through all the positives of the company in a friendly and professional manner. The fixed price and speed was excellent too for our broadband so we signed up! There was no pressure to sign up and we can even wait till our present contract expires with another provider. Could not fault the process or company.

If I could give this company no stars I would. We live in a national park full of natural beauty and have our lanes and roads littered with signs informing us of 10 metre piles being put up! No consultation or email or phone contact. That’s not the worst part many of the signs are on private property or wires going across privately owned land. When questioned this company does not répond to calls, reluctantly responds to emails after follow up. They don’t care, therefore I don’t care for them, would never give them my business or money. I don’t know who the hell they think they are. Because of their terrible customer service (no response) we have had to get councillors involved to stop them!
The customer service has been well above all expectations throughout the signup process right through to the installation day. You can tell that customer experience as a whole has been made a high priority.

Recent experience is ref an outage which of course is not good and caused me some significant inconvenience. Customer service I thought was great … not just any easy fix and took some work but engineers from at least two departments were prompt and diligent.
It has been an easy, efficient and non stressful switch to Connect Fibre, with all representatives knowledgeable and very helpful.

I had a bit of a rough start with Connect Fibre. Installation couldn't be completed on the day as there was no optical signal to the pole near my house. Apparently the pre instalation checks had not been done. However, they began work on sorting this problem out and a second team completed my instalation a week later. Customer Services and all the engineers involved could not have been more apologetic or helpful in getting the issues sorted out. Once installed the speeds were constant and slightly above those promised all the time. Yesterday though my Internet failed with no optical signal again. At the time the only way to report this was via e-mail as it was out of office hours. Minutes after the offices would have opened I received a phone call follow up to my e-mail. Kirsty was amazing. Checked through the issue quickly and checked a few things with me about my modem lights etc and then said she would have an engineer calling soon to get me back online. Soon turned out to be only a couple of hours. Within ten minutes he had traced the problem to a broken connection and repaired it. Problem solved and connection established. Brilliant service all round. Kirsty delivered on her promise to get someone out quickly. The engineer was swift, professional and helpful throughout. Just as the instalation engineers had been. I really can not fault the staff at Connect Fibre one bit. They are 100% the best all round.

Today is my first day as a Connect Fibre customer. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered a disappointing experience. The engineer arrived early, which was appreciated, although the tracking app was misleading—it merely showed a map without real-time updates on their arrival. Nevertheless, this wasn't a major issue for me. The engineer himself was efficient, informative, and courteous. He explained his actions clearly, estimating timelines, and initially left me with a strong internet connection that lasted six hours. However, the loss of connectivity at 18:00hrs came unexpectedly, despite no changes to the setup. Drawing on my training from my tenure as a Senior Technical Support Advisor at Plusnet, I performed the standard troubleshooting steps—rebooting, unplugging for 20 minutes—but to no avail. After several calls, I was informed I needed a new router. I couldn't help but chuckle, knowing this sometimes serves as an easy way for agents to conclude calls at shift's end, though I can't attribute that motive to this particular agent. I was told a replacement router could take 5-6 days, with a slim possibility of an engineer delivering one tomorrow. I sincerely hope that proves true. This experience contrasts starkly with the positive accounts I'd read about Connect Fibre's reliability and customer service. Consequently, I've begun compiling a detailed spreadsheet of my interactions and issues—an effort to track the resolution process thoroughly. I was surprised to learn that Connect Fibre isn't part of the automatic compensation scheme, a standard among reputable ISPs that underscores their confidence in delivering robust, stable connections. In summary, my initial impression of Connect Fibre's service is one of disappointment, a sentiment that motivates me to share this review.
