Apr 06,2023I have found 13 handbags stolen from my home selling at csd shop spread out between their Notting Hill and Ledbury shop. I have alerted the shop and yet my bags continue to be sold on their website to their customers. I have serious concerns of this is a frequent occurrence at csd and the sourcing of their hand bags. Whilst they claim the bags have come from a reputable account holder the account holder according to the police has no records of ownership of these bags as she is a consigned herself who receives handbags sometimes in the boot of an Uber. This is very worrying, are CSD and their account holder working with criminals to launder bags?

Apr 05,2023Easy on line purchase. However, I had seen the item in store. I would not have bought it from one online photo. csd need done professional multi angle photos for each item. You get better photos on eBay!

Mar 07,2023I have sent a message and an email concerning the wrong advertised sizing of a Balmain dress I purchased for my wife. I have yet to receive a reply from either, this is no way to get me to ever purchase high end clothing from CSD in the future… can someone please respond to the email or messaging I sent?

Feb 24,2023Returned an item because the photos did not show the extent of damage and wear (it was melted and the piping was destroyed). QC accepted the return and said that a refund would arrive in 3-4 days and it’s been 2 weeks and hasn’t arrived. What’s worse is they are now IGNORING my emails and communication. Edit: No idea why they are calling me Rafaela, and the refund still hasn't arrived.

Feb 23,2023The item I bought from CSD was lovely, in amazing condition and great value for money, regrettably didn't fit me so I had to return it. The customer service representative on the phone was very polite and helpful, the return process was strait forward and easy. Great online shop, I will continue using it and I can't wait to visit one of their shops when in London next time.

Feb 14,2023CSD is one of my favourite place (my first choice actually) for sustainable designer products. The first time when I visited their Marylebone shop I just fallen in love with this business. Their designer collection is really good and to save the environment their step is really one of the top. Bought a few items for my family and they absolutely loved those. Their customer service is quick and super responsive which makes them great. Can’t wait to shop more.

Feb 03,2023I discovered CSD in Battersea Power Station - so amazing, so many goodies...beautiful vintage clothes/bags/jewellery all in perfect condition. Yum yum! I was like a kiddy in a sweet shop and such fun looking through all those great designers!! So I thought I must visit the Marylebone shop to see what they had there...Oh my gosh it's all just too tempting.....it's my birthday next week think I need to treat myself again hahahaha.
