Cesi was so great even from the beginning , I was able to become debt free with all there awesome help. Any questions I ever had they were handled right away

Excellent customer service. Whenever I contacted them via email or phone, I was able to talk to a real person and each was super helpful. I was also able to see how much I owed and too who as they would send me a monthly update. I was even able to pay a little early with thanks to their tips they send you via email as well.

They took care of everything from beginning to end. If it wasn't for them, I would had never been able to pay off my high interest debts. They have given me an opportunity to start fresh and with an educated approach on credit card debt. I truly recommend that if you can't pay off your credit cards debt, to give them a call. This is a terrific way of lowering interest rates and paying off your debt. CESI is the only way to go.

Getting started was a bit rocky but worth it in the end. We had problems with numerous accounts where the plan for consolidation had not been approved yet and late fees were accruing; yet both parties just kept telling me it was my responsibility to call the other and fix it. CESI said they sent letters that hadn't been approved and the debt holder said they hadn't received them. It took months to straighten out. Once it did though, it was smooth sailing and we're glad to be on the road to being debt free.

My experience was fair. My balances on my card's seemed to stay the same. I'm paying less than the minimum due on my card's, between that, the interest & annual fee's, in three month's my card balances are the same & some over the limit.

Great at setting the groundwork for debt consolidation and money management. This process began at the beginning which was very helpful. Easy access to customer account representatives was a plus too!

Called on 6/6. Was told my refund checks were in the mail as of 5/26. Waited a week and a half from 6/6 after being informed to wait 5-10 business days. Between 5/26 and today (6/19) there are definitely more than 10 business days. So... I am now wondering where my money has gone off too.

This service was so easy to work with, and the communication about my account was always accessible. There are no hidden fees, and through CESI, I was able to pay off my debt and reestablish my good credit rating.

This service helps to reduce the interest charges on your credit card accounts allowing you to get more into your payments to the creditors. So, it's good...lowered interest rate agreed between CESI and creditors. The service fee isn't too bad ($25 each month though that did bother me). I'm glad it's all over now, feels good to not owe anything anymore. Stuck with the plan/ agreement, did my part and I'm free now. Now I'm being careful. Only two active credit cards I have now which I had lowered the credit line previously to get myself in shape. CESI debt management service does help. I highly recommend it! **Tip** If you know you won't be able to have the funds in your account for the scheduled payment withdrawal make sure to call CESI three days before or sooner to go to plan B. All the best to everyone in debt, keep positive...one day you'll be free like me too.
