Jun 09,2017Overall it was a good experience and I'm glad to be done with credit card debt. I did have two issues with CESI however. One was when I switched bank accounts I had an issue where CESI was extremely unhelpful and somewhat dishonest when my payment was taken from the wrong account. Also one of my credit accounts was left with a small balance that I was unaware of and had to settle on my own.

Jun 07,2017After pay the consoildation comapy amount off, i was still contacted by my credit card company amount unpaid. Also after a year of being with the service, they recieved more money you processing fees then what actually went to my card companies. I honesty paid it all off to be done with the process.
