May 06,2017I just today received my statements from the credit cards I turned over to you for payment. Two of the 4 have late charges! Why, you take my money, well today, the 5th, payments are not due on most for ten days or more! I went to my back for a home equity loan, last week, they refused because I have late payments recently, really , why! I am not happy at all. Brenda Ashcroft

Apr 26,2017This program was very easy to apply for. Customer service was great! The only frustration I felt was In the beginning. Not understanding the process of waiting for creditors approval, and the confusion that transpired. It may be good to advise new clients about the importance of keeping a close eye on the process, and the possibility of owing more money in the beginning so their accounts do not become delinquent.

Apr 18,2017CESI has helped me get my debt under control and is helping me get back on track financially. I have 4 accounts that they're servicing for me but one of them is still not on the plan, which is why I give only 4 stars. I've been on this plan for 3 months and haven't heard anything related to why this account is still in the pending stages. Other than that, things are good.
