Feb 15,2025I had an issue with a damaged module within one of my Corston toggle light switches that had been installed for approximately 2 years. I emailed in regarding the issue and received a nicely worded reply within a few hours offering to post out a replacement module free of charge. Albeit I had to split the switch to achieve the install, it was very simple and took all of 20 minutes to complete. A nice post sales experience in the end, that many companies really struggle to achieve. Thank you again Jess and Emily.

Jan 08,2025On a recommendation from a friend I used Corston hardware and switches throughout a refurb. All products look just fabulous and are made of quality materials. Had a few glitches along the way - mostly with handles - but have just been in contact with the company and they have offered to replace the lot free of charge with their latest upgraded models. And they have always been really outstanding in terms of communication and delivery. I do agree with another reviewer that the dimmer unit electronics have been problematic and my electrician hasn’t been able to find a work around to fix the flicker that sometimes occurs but overall good luck to the company. Great aesthetics and apart from the dimmer issue above, beautiful quality

Dec 20,2024Look good but dimmers don’t work. I spent a huge amount of money installing Corston light switches and sockets throughout the house. But the dimmers flicker. So I have just spent more money to fix them - when the electrician came he changed the dimmer components to better quality ones and they are now working fine. The Electrician said he has had to do the same fix on other jobs with Corston dimmers. It’s outrageous that Corston charge premium prices but use cheap, bad quality components that don’t work. It seems Corston are about aesthetic rather than function.

Dec 16,2024We ordered 8 Corston door handles two years ago (an earlier version). Initially, we were very impressed by the product's quality and elegant aesthetics. However, we soon realised there were a couple of design flaws caused by the heavy weight of the handles. After two years of owning the Corston handles, we decided to email the company to share our experience and inquire about any potential solutions for the issues. To our surprise, the customer service representative, Jess, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the matter. We were provided with updated components and a detailed explanation of the solution. The redesign of the core mechanism has successfully addressed the initial design flaws, and it is clear that Corston is dedicated to refining their products. As a customer, I truly value a brand that continuously improves its products while caring for the experience of both new and existing customers. Corston has demonstrated high standards and takes great pride in their work. I will confidently choose Corston for any future renovation projects.

More than that their products are beautiful and have really elevated the furniture they’ve been added to. I also love the fact they are a small U.K. based company.

Aug 19,2024I purchased two bathroom wall lights and had a professional fit them, only to find one hanging from the wall where the screw part had broken a few months later. We're renovating the house so I never got round to contacting Corston straight away, making it over a year since we’d bought them, but they were happy to send out a replacement within days. Unfortunately the colour of the metal had changed (lighter) so was different to the unbroken one, but again Emily said she would send out another one without any cost to myself. It was done within days and arrived safely. You couldn’t ask for better customer service in my opinion, and it give me confidence to shop with them in future.

Apr 14,2025Fantastic products and after-service. After a full house refurb with all sockets, switches, door furniture from Corston there were inevitably a few snags and Corston was incredibly helpful. Couldn’t fault it. The corston details are usually the first things people notice.
