INTERRUPTEURS : Ne tiennent pas avec leurs boîtiers, c'est simplement pas assez solide, ça glisse avec le temps et l'usage SPOTS : Spots posés avec difficulté, pourtant par un électricien chevronné, pattes d'accrochage PAS COMPATIBLES avec du placo (risque d'arrachement CERTAIN à l'usage). J'ai POURTANT posé la question DEUX FOIS : une fois au service client qui comprend rien à ce qu'on lui dit, une autre fois à la boutique qui comprenait ENCORE MOINS ce que je lui racontai...amateurs Même leurs ampoules ne sont pas standards... PRISES : IDEM !! ET ON NE PEUT MEME PAS CHANGER D'INTERRUPTEURS/PRISES CAR LEURS BOITIERS NE SONT PAS STANDARDS ! Et je ne parle meme pas des poignets de porte, heureusement qu"on en a testé une avant..... Cette marque PLUS JAMAIS

Jul 03,2024Antique brass 28mm pull handles Good points handled were received in good packaging and they looked great. Bad points they have been on the kitchen for about a week they mark so easily and cannot get the marks off. I left a review to reflect this on the site and guess what they have deleted the review. They are clearly making people think there products are the best on the market by tricking people with fake reviews and removing the negative ones. I have also noticed on the reviews on here is that they only reply to the good ones. Clearly not bothered about the people that are disappointed.

Jun 30,2024We ordered the Richmond antique brass wall lights for our lounge. They are a beautiful product. Due to different rates of patina, the inside of the shades were different. Customer services dealt with our queries quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t fault them.

Jun 26,2024Lily arranged replacement next day delivery for 8 sets of replacement door handles which had not been working properly for over a year. New handles, same design are perfect I am delighted with them & the service I received from Lily. I have delayed my review as I wanted to be sure the new handles were faultless & THEY ARE! My builder said these were much better quality than the previous ones. Thank you Lily & Corston.

Jun 24,2024Very poor quality - faulty products. I’d recommend avoiding this company. We have spent thousands of pounds with them and we have ended up having to replace all dimmer modules - leaving us out of pocket. They have admitted the modules were faulty but have only part refunded me leaving us out of pocket because we have had to get an electrician in to replace modules. I don’t really see how they can do this- I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Jun 17,2024Brilliant after sales service. Bought a lot of switches and handles from here in 2021 and service was great. Had a problem with one of the switches and emailed customer service. They were straight back to me with a solution even though it was 3 years later. Really happy with everything I bought 3 years on too. Thanks Sally!

May 23,2024I have always just assumed everyone knows Corston is a brilliant company but I am leaving a review in case that isn't so. Corston make high-end hardware/architectural details for your home and in my view they and their hardware are second to none. The hardware is really beautiful and it feels more like I've bought jewellery for my home rather than hardware. The light switches, sockets, door knobs, coat hooks are very elegant and lovely to use. They all elevate our rooms making them look well considered and expensive! The service is outstanding and during the end of our project we had flood which damaged one of the antique brass light switches. I contacted Corston to find out how to clean it and, instead, they told me they would like to replace the plate and switch. I was blown away by their kindness and generosity which obviously helped enormously in an otherwise bad situation. Thank you so very much Corston, you're an all round class act.

May 06,2024Très belles poignées ceci dit pas du tout aux standards français. 10 jours que je cherche une serrure compatible sans succès. Devrait être mieux précisé lors de l’achat. À l’heure actuelle aucune solution si ce n’est soit renvoyer les poignées soit changer toutes mes portes.

Apr 30,2024I wanted to thank you for the brilliant product and service I received both in the UK and Italy during a recent house build project in Italy. It's all been super slick. From processing a large order for delivery to Italy via head office (Brian Ennis) to organising smaller deliveries and the occasional return via the UK website it's all been incredibly quick and absolutely no trouble at all. This, in a wider context of lengthy lead times for most product and high delivery costs is even more remarkable. The product is excellent quality and well priced and I hope you will continue to develop further categories. I would also liked to have bought shower shelves, towel rails and loo roll holders as well.

The pieces are stunning, excellent quality and customer service is second to none. Just a wonderful company, with old fashioned values. Simply excellent!!

Apr 19,2024Corston went above and beyond to resolve an issue with some door handles they had supplied, which developed an unforeseen issue due to a design fault. Since we purchased the handles almost two years ago, they had become aware of the issue, and have redesigned them completely to ensure they function correctly and remain in place, without compromising the aesthetics. When I spoke to Lily to explain, without any argument at all she is replacing all of our handles with the new design, free of charge. That is what I call fabulous customer service, thank you, and how nice to be able to give praise where it’s due.

They feel good quality and customer service is impeccable: lightning-fast responses and really helpful, no quibbles, just wonderful! For example, on a couple of occasions, we lost some small bits in the periods between first and second fixes and, on request, they sent us the replacements free of charge the same day! Superb, well done - highly recommend!

Feb 08,2024Gorgeous handles, but they fall off all the time! So so annoying. We shouldn't have to tighten a handle every 4 weeks. It's ridiculous at any price point let alone £90 per handle.
