Jan 14,2022Ordered an item as a Christmas present well enough in advance on 23 November 2021. Finally got it today 13 January 2022. Order details misleading saying Royal Mail 7 to 14 days at a price of £8.50 for the privilege Item came from NL to UK but frankly it only left NL on 6 Jan not when the tracking says in November! NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Will not be using again

Jan 05,2022I got my order one day later than expected, but I know it's an issue of the courier. It's not so much of a big deal though (but of course, when you're excited to have that product u just want it on the palm of ur hands asap. 😅 The product is definitely original. It is no different from those that I purchased from the Dior boutique. I just wished that the sales women in boutiques will give more space and time for the customer to choose her own shade. This is my 3rd dorder from Cosmeticsnow. The previous products, Lipstick Queen lippies, were awesome! I highly recommend Cosmeticsnow.. legit!

They disguise their true location by having a .ca address but They are located in Australia and/or Hong Kong so shipping took one month and the sunscreen products were half way through their expiry date. They make it difficult to return items by insisting that packages be registered and shipped back to Asia if you want a refund.

The return label has a man name on it and I don't understand why it was not shipped frfom you I paid for a new compact.,I wsas all broker into small pieces when I recieved it. Again Please tell me how to return for a full refund

Dec 08,2021I am still waiting for my product. It said delivery was 7 to 14 days. I ordered on 20th November. I emailed and asked what was going on, they sent me postnl tracking which shows that it arrived in the UK on 28th November and a royal mail tracking number that cannot find the package, I had all this info before and sent photos but they just sent the same info back to me. I then asked if 7 - 14 days meant after it arrived in uk they just sent the old tracking info again. I will give it a few more days then will be requiring a refund if it hasn't arrived. I will not be using them again, customer service is lacking to say the least.
