They lost my parcel, never reply to emails or phone calls .... they’re a joke I called 16 times in less than 24 hours and not once was the call answered, I left my name and number and was never called back. The first 2 email replies were automated and said “ my parcel was with Aus post and will arrive 3/5/21 “ which turns out was a lie , as I’m told my parcel is apparently coming from the US now and takes much longer.

Beware you click on a link for a particular skin colour and it changes in the checkout - seems to be a scam to sell their more available colours.

It took me almost an entire month to get my refund btw. And they responded faster to my reviews on here than they did trying to inform me about to product I never received. COSMETICS NOW IS A JOKE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Just so everyone knows most of olaplex products are cheaper on amazon, and in the long run after dealing with this crazy customer service they have I would have just got it all there. I used Afterpay thinking it would be easier and cheaper on myself initially, but ended up buying the product I never received for cheaper on amazon. And I also received the product from amazon before I even resolved my issue with cosmetics now.

Terrible experience so far. I ordered sunscreen and it came with the safety seal missing. I asked to return it and the process is so complicated, I feel like it's intentional to discourage customers from doing returns. Super disappointed, spent over $30 and that money is gone now, will not use the sunscreen and never order from here again.

I ordered a product and they are insisting I gave them the wrong address, so it was sent elsewhere. I have contacted the post office, I have called the church where it was apparently sent. I am left with nothing. They will not resend. Big waste of money and poor customer service.

I placed an order on March 18, it supposedly shipped on the 21st. Today is April 11. The tracking number never made any movement. I called the 951 customer service # and no one picked up. I get a private call a few days later from someone from Cosmetics now. I ask where's my package. They say it's supposed to arrive. Nothing came. I ask where it's shipping from. The man on the other line says Hong Kong. I don't have any products or my money back. These people are thieves. I'm filing a chargeback with my credit card. I'll never shop with them again.

Placed my order 3/27 and it was en route to DHL distribution on 3/28. It is now end of day 4/2 and it hasn’t moved all week. The website states 6-8 business days which would mean it would have to arrive wed 4/7 at the latest. Which seems like an impossibility since it’s on east coast. Basically been sitting there for a week. Customer service is terrible - when you call it states no agents are available. Messaged them on Facebook and they told me to email. Email and they tell you it’s in its way but I can see that’s not true. Stay away! Update: order is still sitting waiting to be picked up....it’s been 8 days and no movement!

My order was supposedly dispatched on 16 March but it still hasn't arrived, even though their website says "Delivery to urban areas in Ireland usually occurs within 3-6 business days and can be tracked online 24-48 hours after dispatch." This is misleading as there have been NO shipping updates; the An Post website says it hasn't received any details for my parcel. This company should consider changing the information on its website as it's not accurate. I have emailed them but no reply yet. Judging by other negative reviews here I'm afraid I won't be receiving my parcel for a long time, if ever...
