Jan 01,2021I have been waiting for my order for more than 40 days. No detailed tracking information was provided (I asked three times by email). If you live in Canada, don't be fooled by the .ca URL. Products do not ship from Canada. The only information I got was a Singapore Post « tracking » number only mentioning that the order was « despatched for overseas ». That was more than a month ago. When and where was the parcel picked-up? Nada. When and where has it been scanned afterwards? Mystery. I don't believe that I will ever get my order and I just contacted my credit card company to get my money back. With such a long transit during winter, I just can't imagine in which condition those skincare products (that do not tolerate frost) would have arrived.

Jan 16,2021I had ordered from Cosmetics Now.ca in 2018 and was very happy (great deal/quick shipping). This time was shockingly different. I assumed all items were being shipped from Canada. The shipping method indicated below my completed order was 'Canada Post' and receipt within 20 days. To my surprise I found 2 separate tracking numbers from Singapore beneath this info after my items were dispatched. After a bit of reading on this company's website I do realize now that products are not necessarily shipped from your own country any longer. It did feel deceptive with the method of shipping 'seeming' it was coming from Canada and then having to dig for the truth. So it was stressful not knowing if I was going to receive my items and when. I did receive my items nearly 7 weeks later and I consider myself fortunate. I had contacted my credit card company and they told me to contact Cosmetics Now several times before they would consider opening up a dispute. I had e-mailed them twice about the ETA and they did respond once. It was the usual 'Covid/holidays blah blah' reason. I get that this DOES have an impact but the tracking wasn't showing any movement for a long time and they weren't able to provide any further info than what I already knew. So it felt like the runaround. Overall, I don't know if I would order from them again. I will likely search elsewhere first and pay more. It was not the experience I was expecting. I order many items online which provide effective tracking communication and that is something that is important to me. I don't need the angst of wondering.
