Mar 17,2021I received my order thank-you however, I was disappointed as it was not as I expected. I was expecting the foundation I purchased to not be so difficult and messy to use. When I removed the lid of my foundation, attached to the bottom of the lid was a long stick. This was very messy and to retrieve the fluid I have to open the bottle, lift the lid carefully so as not to pull the stick out, (I did this initially and a lot of the contents went down the side when I replaced it) then get some fluid on my finger before carefully putting the lid back down on the bottle. There were not any instructions on the bottle or the website about the stick being attached to the lid. It is very messy for application and not at all what I was expecting. I am very disappointed, I have sent an email explaining all this and have not had a response. I was very excited about this product but not so much now.

Multiple follow ups to get answers. My order is split for delivery incurring charges Item status shipped on website, auspost tracking indicates waiting for the parcel.

Feb 28,2021I was a bit concerned about ordering from Cosmetics Now as it showed being a UK company. Nothing wrong with that, I was concerned about the time. I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived so quickly. This was a product I had been searching for close to a year and I am thrilled that they have it. It was normal in size and I so enjoyed my shower. I will order from them again and recommend them highly.

Mar 28,2021Possibly the worst experience I've had with a retailer. First and last time ordering. I ordered a fragrance on Wednesday the 17th 2021 and was 'dispatched' on Friday the 19th. More than a week later it still hasn't made any progress. My order hasn't left their warehouse. I called DHL shipping carrier to ask them if there is a delay on their end, they informed me that they have not received this package yet and are still waiting for the retailer's warehouse to release it to them. Cosmetics Now Customer Service is absolutely terrible. They keep repeating the same excuses and 'delay' spiels. Giving false assurances and no apologies. I paid through AfterPay and they have given them a nudge to ask for a full refund or a clear explanation why my order hasn't shipped yet. Thankfully, AfterPay allowed to reschedule my payments for a later time to give the retailer the chance to clarify. I haven't experienced such poor quality in service and shipping in a long time. Customer service refuses to look into the problem and gives me the same answers like they're robots; ("allow 6-10 business days for delivery"-"rest assured, your order is on its way"- "there is a slight delay due to the impact of the coronavirus" - "your package is on its way, it has been dispatched" etc.) They are all giving me standard protocol emails and no actual responses. They haven't replied to my recent complaint either. This retailer is a scam. I demand my $95.90 back and I will never ever shop here again. *Update 29 March 2021* After 10 days, the package magically appears in California. I'm glad it is finally on its way, but will not order from here again. There is a lot of confusion how they operate their shipping and handling and very flat customer service support. I would've appreciated a partial refund for the inconvenience and frustration caused.
