I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company. I brought this for my wife for Christmas however I ordered the first week in December so I wouldn't be disappointed, Boy was I wrong :( not only it took long time to deliver yesterday 21st December box was lovely and sealed only to find inside the box was empty:( very disappointed after a long wait only now I'm out off pocket I have to buy something else. I Have complained only for someone to say we will get back to you soon..... What a joke

I purchased a Lancôme Nutrix face cream. The product was original and arrived on time. The seal on the bottle was not there, which did not bother me, but may be an issue for some buyers. I will buy from this vendor again.

the order was placed on Dec 7, shipping advice given to Auspost Dec 9, then nothing for 4-5 days. followed up auspost who said they received acknowledgement the parcel was coming but hadnt received it into the system and suggested I contact the sender directly. I forwarded that advice as suggested but cosmetics now ignored that and just said the item was still within advised delivery times....but all of a sudden Auspost received it in the system so clearly what I think occured was that unless i opened a case to follow up with Auspost I would not have got it and it was delivered in the end out side of the 5-8 days stated by Cosmetics now so nope wont use them again.

First and last time ordering from Cosmetics Now. Contrary to their name the goods took weeks to arrive. However the deal breaker was that, like other UK reviewers here, I had to pay an exorbitant customs charge on the goods (sent from the Netherlands), with no indication from the company that this would be the case. My order was just over £80 - customs charge was over £20. Go figure...and avoid purchasing from them without checking with them about any probable extra import costs first!!

UK: DON’T purchase from this site (which has UK website) unless you’re happy to pay a sizeable customs charge. This is NOT made clear a point of purchase. It has taken 4 weeks and several emails for the items to arrive. You think the savings are good, please don’t be fooled. Genuinely not happy with this deceitful practice.

My one item took over three weeks to arrive and I now have a £13.31 customs fee that I had no idea about! I bought in GBP from a co.uk website so this was not expected!!

Ordered items 3 weeks ago. Had to pay unexpected customs charge for the pleasure of receiving the shipment - very surprising when purchasing in GPB on a .co.uk website. Was never warned they’d be sent from overseas. Then, the worst bit is the box only contained part of the order so it will be an even longer wait and presumably ANOTHER customs charge handling fee to pay. This will mean I’ve paid considerably more in total for the items and they might not even get here before I need them! Not great. Not even good.
