We gave them a very limited window and Sabastian Gittany who is one of their Italy Specialists, spent a considerable amount of time to suggest some amazing trips. We will certainly be using Cox & Kings again in the future.

Aug 13,2021Sue and I have travelled with Cox & Kings a number of times and have always booked direct with them. For this latest trip, I again contacted them direct and spoke to their travel advisor for the chosen area for a tailor-made holiday. I found him empathetic, knowledgeable and understanding of my requirements. An initial itinerary was prepared which after due consideration and discussion was cheerfully amended and agreed on. There was no pressure put on me and I found it, as usual, a good experience. Holiday now booked and I am looking forward to the trip.

As I live in Switzerland and will be flying direct together with the Covid complications and so on this was not the most straightforward of bookings. However, it was arranged with an exceptional level of efficiency and helpfulness.

It was heart warming that Galina , who responded, did take time to read the supplied information properly and act accordingly. During our initial phone call Galina listened to my requests and promptly put together a suitable package. All further communication has been like the initial contact, very professional and courteous .

Jul 16,2021The travel consultant- Sabastian, was helpful and informative. I was exploring delaying my holiday due to Covid concerns. I could not have asked for a better response or indeed better service. I really appreciated the way Sabastian went through all the options in a meticulous way trying to find the right deal. My original booking included the single room supplement charge, being waived. He was patient and listened well. He even indicated when I could make contact again regarding the flight upgrade I also had on my original booking. All very smooth and efficient. The paperwork has come through for the new booking and I am very happy still to be travelling to Romania and especially with Cox and Kings. Thank you. Julie Howell
