Excellent area knowldge. I held a space on the website for your Iran tour, then called to speak with the team and I was answered by Sebastion, he was friendlly and helpful. He informed me of the visa procedure and then warned me about future esta restrictions when travel to the USA, this was extremly important to learn, I travel there often for business and this would have caused complications. No other travel company informed me of this. Thank you Cox and Kings for being informative.

This is the second time I have used Cox&Kings and on both occasions I have found them to be excellent. The sales advisers with whom I dealt, Alice and Sasha were extremely knowledgeable of the countries I was to visit and handled my booking with grace and decorum giving me valuable advice along the way. When I had to cancel my first trip due to an unforeseen major health issue, Cox and Kings were understanding and extremely helpful with my cancellation process. I would have no reservations in recommending Cox&Kings

Courteous and helpful consultant at Cox & Kings! She had first hand experience of Peru which was reassuring. On a different note, there could have been a more luxurious hotel option to chose from.However, this is not to say that the one in the package wasn’t good. Moreover, being a group holiday, there would be many in the group for who this may not be important. All said and done, our trust in this company, helped us chose it from the many others that offer similar holidays.

Excellent arrangements made for our tour of Peru on Train to Machu Picchu. . All the local guides were fluent in English knowledgeable and informative, The main guide Jenny Batuista from Lima Tours was extremely helpful and effecient and most probably one of the best I have encountered

Initially told the tour I wanted was fully booked. When I said this was not as shown on the company's website, the tour consultant checked with a colleague to find that nought did not mean there were no places left, but meant none had been booked! No wonder there were no bookings if people were being told it was full!! Consultant also misunderstood the number of add on days requested and got invoice figures back to front for correct days. Clearly a bad hair day. However apart from that, the consultant was very helpful and readily sorted out the problems & kept me well informed & up to date.

Once again, our booking experience with Cox and Kings, this time a tailor-made safari-trip to Tanzania for two adults and two children, has been first-rate. We have nothing but praise for the charm and efficiency of the representative who dealt with us. We had the feeling of being known personally and having every detail taken seriously.

Useless I booked by phone for a holiday in November. I had to pay a supplement to the brochure price, as the 'cheap seats' on the flight were sold out, five months before I travel. (mid-week travel in low season). I chose to travel the day before the package, to reduce the cost of the flight supplement. The confirmation was for the wrong date and the ATOL certificate is for the wrong date. I don't know which date I'm travelling. Booking reference 162630 Update Firstly, the website Costa Rica Guide states that "Costa Rica’s two seasons are the dry “summer” (verano) – January through April and rainy “winter” (invierno) – May through December. These correspond to the tourism high season and low season. The term “peak season” is often used to describe the two weeks from just before Christmas until after the New Year when special higher pricing is in effect for the holidays". Trust Pilot do not allow links, so I am unable to give the link. The Costa Rica Embassy website confirms the seasons. Therefore I believe that the holiday I booked is in the low sesson Secondly, Cox and Kinds are now aware that there are no longer seats available at the cheapest price, yet your website continues to advertise a price that is no longer available, only when you try to book the package are you informed of the price increase Next, I have now received an ATOL certificate for flights on the 31st, but Cox and King's still do not have confirmation yet that the hotel is available. I did not received an apology from the member of staff who sent me the amended certificate, nor have I received an apology for not being kept informed about the inordinate delay in getting confirmation from the hotel. (After I was given to understand that I should expect confirmation last Monday). I hope I get an explanation as to why it has taken so long. I have travelled extensively over an number of decades, usually taking three holidays abroad each year. This is only the second time that I have chosen Cox and King's. The previous holiday was spoilt by an incompetent representative.
