Never Buy Again. Support a virtuous competitor. My Creality K1Max printer bought (online) in Australia. Has not even printed 1 roll of filament before a very minor jam in the extruder caused the reduction gear to strip teeth off one of the extruder gears. This happened within 12 months, and when I sent photos and the purchase receipt to Creality claimed that part wasn't covered by warranty. Looking at the other reviews, I can see this is the standard line to avoid Consumer Law in this country. AVOID CREALITY.
Creality sucks. I had an issue with the printing plate and the included filament. The filament would butcher the print, and if it would work, it would be impossible to peel off the printing plate. I called their customer service, and all they said was to go to their “chatbot” that frankly sucks. All it does is say “hello, how can I help you?” You type “hi” and then after NOT helping AT ALL, it spits out some random gibberish that says no actual words. Just logos. They are so unhelpful. Turns out, Creality is some crappy Chinese brand and I’m not the only one to hate them. Guess why. Every single Ender 3 v3 SE has the same trashy printing plate. Do not buy from them, EVER.
Wenn ich mir alle dieser reviews durchlese werde ich wirklich stutzig ob ich bei einem anderen creality bestelle als ihr. Ich habe mir einen K1 im pre sale damals gekauft gehabt. Keine Frage ich hatte große Probleme mit meinem K1 am Anfang aber Creality hat mir das upgrade kit kostenlos zugeschickt und seit dem druckt er super schön und schnell. (Ich habe ebenfalls paar andere mods daran vorgenommen wie ein lid raiser usw) Vor einer Woche kam mein Creality Hi an. Der set up und die Installation waren kinderleicht und schnell. Gestern kam eine neue Lieferung mit viel RFID Filament und deren PLA Hyper Serie an. Ich bin suPer zufrieden mit Creality und hatte noch nie Probleme. Der K2plus wird sich in 2/3 Monaten in meinem Keller befinden. Grüße Julian
I have had 2 printers from this company and they're nothing but problems, not a single one if had or a friends had has actually worked for any decent period of time. They're cheap for a reason. I was able to return one through amazon, but the printer I purchased direct I cannot do anything with. Support is slow and to be honest completely useless. If I had the power to completely stop them from trading I would. They might as well send out feces in a bag labelled printer.
They scammed me. The printer broke after a normal 'blob', which happens sometimes. Motherboard apparently broke after that. Support says "F__k off" to new motherboard, despite being in warranty in Sweden, and despite it being a normal occurrence. Immediately bought a Bambu Lab P1S. Never buying anything from Creality ever again. Donating the S1 Plus ($500+ down the drain) to someone who has the patience to buy and replace motherboard.
This company has the worst administration ever. I’ve been trying for three months to get the correct invoices and VAT refund. They always respond off-topic to my emails. And now they’re making it difficult to refund a few returned items. In short, I will never buy anything from them again.
Bought CR engraver. Not most expensive an not the cheapest. Took month and a half or so to get it. Had cord missing, and it had the card with the software on it was missing. When I ask for a card with the software on it. They said I'd have to buy my own. That wasn't warranty. Hard to talk to anyone. No help at all. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO BUY FROM.
I purchased an ender 3 as my first 3d printer from creality. It sucked, but it was also cheap. I gave them a second chance. After seeing a sale at my local electronics store I bought another printer from creality. Thus printer worked for a while but then started to fail hate me! I had to tweak dozens of settings including the auto z offset which they pride themselves in! Then whilst printing some dnd terrain tiles a bit if the bed ripped of and had been molten into the print. After printing more the hole simply got bigger! I contacted creality and asked for a replacement bed but they asked for pointless details and took ages to respond. Finally they replied and told me that my warranty for the bed had expired and I couldn't get a replacement. Luke it costs them anything! Then after that the say that I should buy a replacement directly from their store! Not a local business. No. Their store. I hoped this helped for you decision making.
Creality. Creality Customer Service A company that is not trustworthy. I purchased a Falcon 2 22W laser cutter on 2/12/24. On 14/1, Creality sent me a Falcon 2 10W instead. This was not what I had purchased, and I have spent two months trying to get them to send the correct laser cutter. Since I do not trust Creality, I have not returned the received product, as I believe I would get nothing in return. My recommendation is: DO NOT buy anything from Creality. If you do, expect to receive the wrong product, a defective product, or even a used product. There is no return policy, no money back, and if you contact Creality, you're talking to a bot. Bonjour, j'ai commandé ume imprimante Creality Under 3 V3 Ke le 29/01/2025. j 'ai recu cette imprimante mais après quelques impressions message erreur 2194. je contacte le SAV et la cela devient complique, je leurs envois les informations demandées N°facture de série (imprimante sous garantie), j'effectue les tests qu ils demandent. je recois toujours les mêmes type de mail automatiques et la aujourd'hui j'en recois un m informant "Nous sommes heureux de savoir que votre problème est résolu". Alors que mon problème est toujours d'actualité. Je pense qu'ils ont les utilisateur à l'usure. Vous achetez leur imprimante et après vous êtes seul pas de SAV pas de Garantie.
I had an issue with my filament dryers. Creality support was fast and polite. They sent me a replacement dryer and helped my fix another with spare parts that they had sent me FOC.
Ich habe letzte Woche einen 3D Drucker mit Zubehör bestellt. Ich hätte die Bewertungen hier vorab lesen sollen. Die Lieferung erfolgte zwar zeitnah, aber unvollständig. Der bestellte 3D Drucker wurde nicht geliefert. Nur das Zubehör war im Paket. Ich habe den Support via store.de @ creality. com kontaktiert. Nach ca. 36 Stunden habe ich nun als Antwort erhalten, ich solle doch prüfen, ob ich alle Pakete abgeholt habe. Die Zustellung erfolgte via DHL direkt an meine Adresse. Mehr als das was der Zusteller übergeben hat, habe ich auch nicht erhalten. Hier hatte ich keinen Einfluss. Alles in allem habe ich kein Interesse mehr daran den Drucker zu erhalten. Der Support ist nicht hilfreich und scheint die deutsche Rechtslage nicht zu kennen (Nachweispflicht für die Vollständigkeit hat der Händler). Ich würde gerne vom Kauf zurücktreten, bin aber abhängig von deren Support. Ich kann vor diesem Unternehmen nur warnen. Als Kunde hat man hier verloren.
3d scanner, i fylder nettet med reklamer hvor man ser man kan scanne alt hurtigt og flot, det er absolut ikke korrekt, har købt en af jers 3d scannere, og har endnu ikke kunnet får et ordentligt resultat ligesom mange andre og det tager evigheder ikke de minutter i viser i reklamerne og de er jo ikke billige, så det må beskrives som voldsomt misvisnende. Den ryger direkte retur og kan ikke anbefale andre at købe den.
The printer purchased on the website arrived after about a week and the problems started. The printer has poorly fitted elements and there are missing frame paints. Some of the elements look like they have been used, including the spool holder. CFS didn't work at the very beginning, after many attempts it started working. The belt guide rollers are dirty with some grease, and the X and Y axes drive system is damaged, everything creaks and squeaks so much that it is impossible to stay in the room while printing. The website downplays everything and apologizes for the inconvenience. Additionally, it is recommended to use WD-40 rust remover on damaged drives. I do not recommend the printer itself, it is poorly controlled during assembly and the shipping is defective. In addition, the Creality service itself seems to have an order to ignore all those who report problems. Be careful, I do not recommend either the Creality K2 Plus printer or the Creality company.
I've been trying for several months now to get them to sell me a 5$ spare-part, but the customer "support" keeps going in circles, asking the same question, pretending not to understand and/or not being able to remember more that one message back. I'm regreting deeply that i bought one of their lasers.
They Send for me broken engraver and first support anwser was "clean air filter".its not turning on.how this fix the problem?so stupid.2 month waisting time with this company
If you're buying anything from Creality as a gift for someone carefully review their return policy. I got a 3D Scan Ferret for Christmas. Turns out it does not work with iOS (I only have an iphone), so it is unusable for me. I tried to start a return but the person who bought it for me had bought it months in advance of Christmas, so I could not return it. They would not work with me in any way.
Don't buy anything from these crooks!!! They don't help, won't help, give stupid answers like, "is it plugged in" etc... Been emailing over and over and getting no respose but telling me my ticket is closed!!! It still doesn't work crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No offer of a refund or to fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased HALOT-MAGE S 14K Resin 3D Printer Combo, but I am extremely disappointed with its quality. It does not meet the expectations at all. On top of that, there is no proper customer support. The phone number they provide is always busy and unreachable, and they never respond to emails either. I strongly advise everyone to avoid buying this product, no matter how affordable it seems. Don't be fooled by the low price it is not worth it

Inmediatamente me puse en contacto con Creality por correo electrónico (su único medio de contacto). Ignoran repetidamente mis solicitudes para devolver el artículo. He solicitado una etiqueta de envío prepagada e instrucciones de devolución cinco veces, solo para que me digan que realice varios procedimientos de mantenimiento. Subí vídeos y fotos a petición suya, pero todavía se niegan a responder a mis peticiones. Siguiente parada, presentar un informe con mi compañía de tarjetas de crédito y la autoridad de protección al consumidor en España. ¡TEN CUIDADO! Creality espera que los consumidores realicen mantenimiento en máquinas nuevas y se nieguen a aceptar devoluciones de equipos obviamente defectuosos.
