I don't know why i'm so excited, i did get a big relief which i'm grateful for and i know, the $1 seems a bit much, I guarantee that your paying, Is equivalent to a pennie on the floor for EVERYTHING you get. **** It is not a SCAM, My Rep (Filit) I swear made me feel like a sucker cause you aren't getting money out of me unless its absolutely worth it. Over all package is not bad for what your getting. ( think of it as a week stay in a suit in orlando universal or Disney, Is what your getting for a year.) Hello, After speaking with you and doing my own research I found out that I should not be charged any fees to place a dispute and clear out fraudulent activity on my credit. I am requesting more information as to how to cancel the amount that went into my bank account of $158.00. I initially called to speak to someone from the credit bureau to report fraudulent activity which you confirmed that I was calling the credit bureau. I see that this is a credit company by the name of Credit Clerk and not the credit bureau so I need the charges to my bank account removed as soon as possible. Thank you for your all of your help. After my initial conversation with the agent , as well as my initial payment ( partial ), it was agreed upon by myself and the agent , that I was to be contacted by the agent on specific date (11/28) to make an arrangement date to have remaining balanced paid . The office was closed that day , o had discovered after my attempt to call and set up payment date for remaining balance of initial payment . Was awaken this morning by my bank , informing me that your company had attempted to make an unauthorized withdrawal , thus resulting in my card being placed on lockdown , I was not / am not a happy camper right now . I then called your company in an attempt to speak to the agent that I had made original agreement with , only to find out she was not available, I requested to have that agent contact me directly to resolve the issue in an attempt to make remaining balance payment . I had also at that time , come to the realization, that nothing will get started until the total initial payment has been completed .
Danielle was very helpful, thorough, and patient while helping me with a possible credit fraud across the three credit bureaus. She took me step by step through the process while I was on the phone. It was a delight to speak with her.
