My first interaction with your company was with Francine. She's professional, helpful and understanding. After the initial contact there was a mix up with the two charges for my initial payment. I emailed to advise of the issue and someone else replied after interpreting my email incorrectly, thinking I wanted a refund and stop my contract. Luckily, I contacted Francine and she was able to correct the mistake. Assuring me that everything will be taken care of per our initial conversation and contract. I worked in customer service most of my life and I understand that sometimes things get mixed up.
