The problem is not solved yet but I'm extremely happy with his professionalism, if I could gave him 10 stars I would, he's one of the best I've ever met thanks a million.

Nov 24,2024I really enjoyed following the clear and percise instructions. I learned a lot about how to use my phone to "copy and paste" I never knew how before then. This was the easiest sign in I have ever had. I keep a big smile on my face because this person was going to make sure I completed everything without failure. I still have that smile on my face. Nov 23,2024I didn’t approve the $79 and I told the representative she insisted and charged it to my account which I’m disputing and the bank and he agreed to one dollar and that’s it. Shame on her and this reputation of the company will bring it down

He was friendly and professional to help me figure it all out and what to do. Spent a lot of time helping me. I so appreciate him. He should get a raise

Nov 26,2024her name is Shana and she is most patient with "non-techies". I was somewhat anxious to find the origin of my credit report disputes. She did all but hold my hand to get me the info needed. I hope to speak w/her again. She helped me understand a little more about the workings of the credit bureaus.
