Nov 16,2024I don't even know where to start. Jiana was an absolute pleasure to work with. She taught me more about my credit score in the time we shared on the phone that I've learned my whole life. She helped me figure out solutions to my credit reporting as well as how to maintain what good I have on there. Because of her knowledge and help, my wife we will now be joining this journey to an exceptional credit report. Jiana I hope you see this because you were and are an absolute blessing! She was also patient and explained to me what I needed to do to clear my credit report and she helped me through it all without hesitation. Shana to me is a great representative to your company and if I had to speak with anyone else at your company again, I hope it will be Shana, she was very pleasant, polite, kind, courteous understanding she was a wonderful person to speak to and I think your company for her and I give her all AAA✨✨✨✨
