Jun 05,2018The company is the worst. I called to cancel my membership, while at the same time I had the chat box open. It took almost 30 minutes for a rep to come to the chat. I let them know I wanted to cancel my membership, of course they tried to talk me out of it but I still said no. I have the a screenshots!!! After all that they told me I couldnt cancel through chat and i had to call the membership line. I AM STILL ON HOLD WAITING FOR A REP!!!!! Its been 50 minutes!!!! I recommend you dispute the items youself. They put these fake "good" reviews up here, but they are not customer driven!!!! ****** Update ******* After being on the phone for an hour and 8 minutes i finally got my account cancelled!

May 22,2018I hate creditrepair.com. Avoid this company like the plague. Two years after attempting to cancel this service, we can't get them out of our lives. They send semi-literate correspondence to past creditors. On our own, we have managed to clean up our credit and our only problem is that we cannot seem to get creditrepair.com to leave us alone.

First they say, will be easy one, now after six months, nothing happened. Just run from Credit Repair company as far as you can and don't ever turn back.

Apr 11,2018Horrible experience, you can never get a Costumer service representative on the line. I've called several times with questions and I always end up hanging up because no one picks up after over 45 minutes. Today it's been about 50 minutes, and I'm finally calling to cancel the service. And now the lady tells me that I have a final payment of over 70 dollars, such a SCAM when I've been paying upfront. DO NOT DO IT

Mar 30,2018This place is a despicable joke. They say that they are here to help you and after looking into the service, I decided it wasn't for me. I called to cancel and you can't get through. Once you finally do get to speak to someone, they tell you that you can cancel but they will still charge you because you got through a day late. I guess that's how they make their money. If they don't let you call and quit them they can charge you and I never even got to log into my accout to see any of the crap they say they offer. It kept saying my info was invalid. So I spent a week trying to figure this out and listening to a phone ring and calls be 'dropped' just for them to come back a month later and yank 99 dollars out of my sons ssi check. I hope y'all sleep well at night knowing how you screw folks. I have never been so dissatisfied with a service in my whole life.

Mar 15,2018I close my account with credit repair today 3-14-18.Because they stop doing anything.At first they were all Talk about they can remove this and that.From May of 2017 til March 14,2018.Credit Repair have not removed anything from my credit.I will not use them again.I give them a 0-zero score.Don’t waste your money.It’s a Rip-off.

Mar 12,2018I thought they would help take a medical bill off of my transunion . But after the first day signing up , I have had nothing but problems . Since the first day I signed up I haven’t been able to reach any of the customer service reps over the phone . Every time I call , I either get hung up on or a dial tone and nothing else . I had to get a claim from my bank to get the $99 charge off of my card .

Feb 14,2018Had one item with credit repair for at least 5 months. Was told it would be an easy one and solved quickly. Still has yet to accomplish anything. I sent an email weeks ago asking for more information and was ignored. I will be cancelling my service with them as I threw money down the toilet the last 5 months and got nothing out of it. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend or use again.

Jan 14,2018I have been with creditrepair.com since April and my credit score actually has gone down. Out of 27 issues they were able to remove I think 3. Save your money and just pay off the debt. Total scam!!

Jul 14,2018What a scam. They do not do anything just charge your card every month. Show you score that is not correct and as soon as cancel they send me an email that your credit just dropped. They can answer because I stopped their scam.
