Dec 01,2017I have been with them for over 3 months now. My credit score has not changed at all. Only 1 item has been removed from 1 report. I have a new credit card, keep it under 30% utilization & they claim to have removed 1 item yet my credit score has not moved. As a matter of fact, it got worse when I got the credit card till I made the first payment then my credit score went right back to where it was when I hired their representation. If I had to do it all over again I would have never signed up & kept the $300+ I have spent to date. Also on several occasions the phone reps have given me wrong information. I see this as a scare tactic to keep me on the books. I am paid up for 15 more days then I'm done.
