Nov 30,2017one Rep states they will challenge and escalate an issue, two weeks later we call to check the status, another Rep states they will do it again as it was not done the first time. Today they call and state that they cant escalate because it has never been initially been challenged.

My credit score went up from very low in a few month to a much better score. Im proud to see the direction my credit heading... Thanks to Creditrepair.com!!! Nov 29,2017The survey they send you after a call, when you try and open it, it says you already did this survey when I actually did NOT do it. It’s like they do the survey for you. If you ask me to do a survey, let ME do it. I did report to last person I spoke with.
