Nov 21,2020After doing extense research for a new laptop, My partner needed for her new photography course. We knew we needed a top end laptop with a high ram, a decent processor & large storage. All the ones I looked were over £1000+. Then we come across Amazon renewed & a company called CRS (Computer Remarketing Services) we then found all the spec we needed & more in the HP Elitebook & saved ourselves a few hundred pound. The laptop arrived earlier than expected. Looks brand new. Works so fast. I'm glad I chose this option with this company, My partner is happy too. So win win all round.

Nov 21,2020Order placed and laptop delivered within 48 hours. A renewed Lenovo laptop that looks brand new, there isn't a mark on it and it works brilliantly. Everything I needed came with it such as Windows activation product key. The only thing I would ask people buying to be aware of is that the keyboard requires setting up in English (United States) to enable the keys to match what is being typed on the screen. I set it up in English (United Kingdom) and couldn't work out why the @ was typing ". Really pleased with the laptop so far.

Small quibble is that a number of keys do not correspond with the symbols in them, for eg, the @ key produces " and vice versa. would be useful to know the keyboard setting to use to correct this. this is the only issue and laptop is like new and just what we wanted and thought we had bought

Nov 15,2020BEWARE OF BUYING APPLE PRODUCTS FROM THIS RESELLER. The product was purchased from CRS-UK through Amazon and had a latent defect. The product had not been removed from Apple's DEP program. The seller willfully disguised this issue, and when the operating system had to be reloaded, it contacted the Apple server. The old permissions granting access to a third party were reinstalled. The profiles loaded onto the machine give third party access to the machine. The machine was never properly prepared for resale. This is more typical of a company selling a stolen machine than a “properly recertified machine.” The latent defect must have been known by the company preparing the machine for resale and they willfully disguised this issue. Despite CRS-UK statement below, that they will replace this machine, they sent me a separate email stating they will not do this because I purchased the machine in August 2018 for my parents.

Did some searching and found refurbished laptops and Crs was the supplier, did some research and read some reviews and decided to go with them. Fast dispatch, received a day earlier than expected. I’ve just set it up, all went well. It’s in very good condition, nice and tidy. Neat and compact so easily transportable. Very happy customer, would happily recommend and use again in the future. Great experience
