Nov 10,2020The chart cable hole is loose and valid. 2-3 months, it can not turn on the screen I don't know how to send it, haven't been in use for the last month. I was disappointed since receiving the product at first, but I accepted it until finally I couldn't use it. How can i fixed it pls

Nov 05,2020We acquired a laptop from CRS UK via Amazon and the computer we preferred was the HP Elite Laptop. However new these were well outside our price ranges the offer from CRS?Amazon classified as"Reused" offered an excellent solution. It had already been confirmed they may have some cosmetic marks but these were minor and the new laptop has now been all set up and is currently working fine. Well done CRS

Oct 31,2020Ordered a apple Refurbished laptop from CRS arrived well packed. Set up was slow but worked well lovely looking laptop ready for Christmas present for my daughter, went to try it again to so someone else how good it was for the money. I’m unable to switch on faced with black screen not able to do anything with it. I have emailed them twice since and there has been no response my first email was 28th Oct and emailed again 30th October, I have spent £260 on a laptop that doesn’t work. Not the experience I was expecting after reading all the reviews very disappointed and let down by CRS.

Oct 31,2020Ordered a laptop from CRS the laptop was delivered in good time but it was faulty. Called CRS got a returns number the same day and laptop was picked up by the courier a day later. Replacement laptop arrived two days after that. Excellent customer service demonstrated when things go wrong. Thank you CRS

Oct 20,2020Lenovo ThinkPad T450 purchased through Amazon UK. The lap-top arrived well packed in a couple of days. I have loaded the free trial of Office 365, and so far everything is working well. This has all the features that i need for a home lap-top. The solid-state drive makes for a fast boot-up.

Oct 19,2020Dell laptop arrived this morning, It had the wrong battery, which was also cracked in half, and the laptop looked like it was pretty old, other than the keyboard. Was far from being an A1 refurb. Bought off amazon. Not a good first impression. Returned promptly but WE had to pay the postage!!
