from ordering to delivery only took 6 days including the weekend superb service.my lap top arrived in a well packaged box and i couldnt be more happy looks like new and works 100%great service well done

Excellent in all departments. Firstly the machine itself, despite being 11 years old it was in what I would consider to be as new condition and worked perfectly out of the box as did the aftermarket accessories also the staff who I spoke to about a couple of after sales queries were extremely professional pleasant and polite All in all a superb experience.

Hello all. I received my iMac ahead of schedule, so that was a good start. Packaging was very adequate. iMac looks in really good condition for a 2008 machine! It worked straight out of the box and over the weekend it has been fine. I did power it down and move to a different location in the house and it seemed to wobble on fire up but a restart seemed to have sorted that. I am very pleased with the iMac. I have my own Mac keyboard & mouse connected to it but the supplied ones were fine. I am thinking of buying another one!

First time i had ordered from them and first time i bought a renewed laptop. Arrived on time and very well packaged. Device was clean with very negligible signs of wear. Screen was unblemished. Set up and running so far without issues (first 24 hours).

Received my laptop on 05/10/20 it was very well packed, not a scratch on it so did not look renewed at all. Easy to set up with the instructions, very happy so far, would highly recommend!

Sceptical at first brilliant service cracking laptop wife did not realise it was refurbed better than expected seriously consider buying from this company saved lots of money and got a very high spec laptop for the price of a basic one from currys

CRS refused a purchase I made on their website, with no explanation, but went on to take the money. They denied all responsibility for this. It was only after I involved my bank's Fraud Department and opened a PayPal dispute that they refunded the money, a week after the purchase was made. Very poor customer service, not to be trusted, buy from them at your own risk.

Bought this unit on Amazon to replace my ancient PC laptop. It arrived early, very safely packaged, is in absolutely immaculate condition and is already running the latest MacOS (Catalina). I would not hesitate to buy from CRS again.

The laptop arrived in as new condition was straight forward to set up and is easy to use especially with a separate bt mouse. Great to do business with, thanks my granddaughter is happy.

Refurbished to a good quality, I don't like that it has a piece of plastic glued where the sim slot is supposed to go.

The laptop was delivered very promptly. The information that came with the product was straightforward and much to my surprise I got it up and running without the need to contact the tech guys. The laptop is in good condition and the battery holds the juice. Would use this company again.

We purchased this lap top for my son to use in school. Although it was repurposed it is in excellent condition with a few minor scratches to the logo on the outside. The screen and keyboard are like new. It arrived as promised, next day. Very happy with the product and the service.

Lap top arrived earlier than expected which was great as it gave me extra time to get used to it and to download my apps for working from home. Although refurbished it had no marks apart from a small one on the cover. So far so good, even getting used to the US keyboard. Highly recommended.
