Early days yet as a Christmas present for my 16 year old, first time i have bought a refurbished Item, however pleased with the results so far and the packaging it came in. Would now Use CRS-UK again. I did review prior to placing order and although slightly more expensive, the feedback was more consistent Was slightly concerned as it did arrive a day early and no-one was in at home, leaving a valuable item on our doorstep for a few hours, However easy to set up and works quickly, and no complaints from our son yet............;)

Dec 28,2020Bought 2 refurbished HP Chromebooks. Arrived in Great condition. There was a little issue with the delivery plan but communication was good and issue was resolved in a couple of days. Certainly would recommend buying from these guys and the items work and look like new.

Dec 23,2020I received the HP Elitebook, 13.3in touchscreen 8GBRam, 256GB SSD, Windows 10 Pro 64bit. The item arrived a described, a nearly new product, with no visible signs of previous use. The item came complete with charging cable and clear setup instructions. It was a very reasonable price for the item. I would recommend this seller, as the product also came with 12 months warranty, with the opportunity to extended the warranty for a further 6 months.
