I ordered an iPad Air 2 through Amazon. The delivery address was Spain so the date was two weeks later which I thought was very acceptable. However it arrived less than a week after the order. I am extremely pleased with the iPad. Excellent service. Thank you. Also postage to another country was very reasonable. About £5 if I remember correctly. Another company wanted £55 for the same service. Thank you.

I purchased a Lenovo ThinkPad - refurbished. I had to change the delivery date and they replied promptly and accommodated my change request. Laptop arrived very well packaged with clear instructions on how to set up and activate Windows 10. Great product and fantastic service. Thank you.

We are a Adult Community College and we purchased 10 HP Chrome books from CRS for our adult learners to use, it was our first order with them and we are very happy with what we recieved the Chrome books look fantastic and you would not know they were reconditioned. Very happy with the service CRS have provided.

I am really happy with my laptop. There are a few signs of wear and tear on the right hand side of the screen and the bottom right of the keyboard but other than that it looks great. It’s great value for money for a second hand laptop and it’s fast and reliable. There were issues with getting Word but the customer service was efficient and friendly. I’ve had it 3 weeks and so far so good. Thank you.

I was certainly concerned as I have never bought a refurbished computer before. However, SO FAR everything has worked out the fine. The specification is good and at least better than machines twice the price. 8GB ram on DDR4 with a 256 SSD Hard drive. The fact that the machine has all the standard ports which aren't available on a cheaper machine is a real bonus. All software has installed properly. The machine did come with Bullguard antivirus software which blocked the installation of MIcrosoft Edge - a slight concern. But once I removed this and installed my own Internet security everything worked fine. Bootup is fast and I am really pleased at the moment.

The laptop I purchased was exactly as described, clean and in very good condition and easy to set up out of the box. Delivery was fast and the item well packed. I am very pleased with the reuse of computers aspect of this purchase as well.
