Aug 16,2020Terrific service! I was expecting the laptop to arrive within four to five days, but it came the very next day after I ordered. It looks brand new and seems to be working well, my only query is why the battery lasts a so much shorter time than the 9 hours I thought this model, Dell Latitude 3340 is supposed to last. Overall it seems very good value.

I can't find the google play store on his device but when he goes to the play store website it says can't sign in use the app on your device instead Thank you

Aug 11,2020Just purchased an HP laptop via Amazon from this company. On sight I really wouldn't know that it wasn't a new product. I'm no computer nerd so I can't give any technical feedback except to say that operates a darn sight better than the on it has replaced!

Aug 10,2020The laptop arrived on time, it was well packed. There were only small indicators that it was second hand. The battery life was shorter than expected. Overall, I would say that it was worth the money.

Aug 09,2020Ordered Refurbished laptop which arrived early and was well packaged. I did have a problem and contacted CRS. During the next two days (Saturday and Sunday) emails were exchanged and the issue resolved. I had expected to wait until after the weekend for any reply. What great service !!

Aug 05,2020Purchased an 'as new' Lenovo laptop from CRS via Amazon. The product was delivered quickly, securely and well packaged. The laptop itself looked virtually brand new as side the accessories that accompanied it. There were a couple of tiny dents in the casing but virtually invisible to the naked eye and definitely nothing to complain about. The machine itself operates like a brand new laptop, with very fast boot up and shut down. The software installation and operating system were obviously done very well and there was no unnecessary software installed which could have slowed it down. The screen, keyboard and touchpad were virtually immaculate. I am so pleased with this purchase, especially for the very fair price that I paid.

Aug 03,2020I have to say i had my reservations buying a refurbished laptop but they have been well satisfied. This was bought for my son and he is well chuffed. He has put it through its paces and we cannot fault it.Definately recommend for people on a budget.

Aug 03,2020HP ELITEBOOK 840 G3 14 inches Touchscreen LAPTOP Laptop itself is good - especially like the touch screen - however it had multiple faults from the start such as the charger falling out of port constantly; videos not always playing on full screen; unable to upload photos from phone etc. I spoke to CRS, their customer service was great and they replaced the laptop straight away. Replacement is much better but still wont play videos on full screen unless charging; silver finish on the inside chips off easily; also had a few days of the laptop not switching on or responding at all.

Aug 02,2020The laptop arrived quickly and well packaged. By following the enclosed instructions, I was up and running on the internet and Windows without delay. Visually, the case has a few minor blemishes, but you have to look hard to see them - I'm sure I will add to them soon, so that isn't a problem! What a great way to get a good laptop at a very affordable price. I'm sure this will be my first port of call when I need my next one.

The item I ordered is a Dell Latitude E7240 12.5" touchscreen laptop in Grade A condition: it arrived firmly secured and, so far, no problems! Would recommend CRS to other customers, too.

Aug 20,2020A present from my son in law was quite impressed with the item considering it's a refurbished item. I got a Mac computer the screen looks like it's new really happy with it it's running smoothly so far. Also I checked that the computer is genuine and it is.I checked on www. Checkcoverage.apple.com. The keyboard is a bit of a disappointment but I'll replace it soon to a original Mac but it's not bad it's working just as a normal keyboard and is wireless. Would definitely recommend this company and I will use again.
