Had to replace keyboard and mouse as supplied versions a little flimsy but for the price I paid for the iMac I am not complaining at all. Thank you crs-uk.biz as this is my 1st iMac and my son's and he can now make his music from home......

Jul 11,2020I drop liquid on my old Macbook and I did not want to buy a new Macbook as they don't have a CD-ROM drive that I use a lot. I order a renewed on from CRS and so far works excellent. The delivery was superfast and the laptop is no much less. Very happy with my choice.

Jul 08,2020Arrived promptly and was easy to set up. Refurbished laptop in good condition, however the box was water damaged and repacked by courier. Doesn't seem to have affected the hardware but may have caused untold damage.

However, had terrible trouble getting started as the free wireless keyboard and mouse that was included had a dodgy USB “wireless widget” which kept falling over. Their customer service guy was excellent and iMac is now running perfectly with new keyboard and mouse. Thanks.
