Jul 26,2020Received the laptop in very good condition. The laptop appeared to be well restored. Cosmetic damage that had been covered up did reappear after a couple weeks however. But that is to be expected with a second hand product. Functionally, I had no issues.

Jul 24,2020The delivery was carried out efficiently and at first the equipment looked very promising but but there have been certain aspects of it that leave much to be desired, for example: a) After a few weeks of use, part of the surface has lost its color (to the side and a button of the tactile mouse). b) Despite having excellent installed memory (16 Gb RAM) and processor (i5-5300U @2.30 Ghz) capacity, the laptop (so I decided to buy it) does not fully meet my expectations. c) What is more, there is a characteristic of the equipment that was not activated even though it is an integral part of it (the keyboard backlight). On the other hand, their support team has been very quick to answer my concerns.

Jul 23,2020Bought a Refurbished HP 840 12.5 inch Laptop. All good here, laptop in good condition, has had a re-spary etc and looks super! If i was to buy again i would go for a larger screen circa 14inch, but the product is very good!
