May 15,2020Ordered on 12 May via Amazon, here by 14th, delivered by courier and extremely well packaged in a protective airbag and was provided with what seems to be a new MagSafe. It booted from the outset, no issues at all. I have run through various actions and services and all seem to be fully functional. I was particularly impressed with the cosmetic quality: I can't find any dints or scratches, the screen is clear with no obvious dead pixels and the keyboard action is solid so you feel you are typing on a quality mechanical keyboard and not a membrane one. Very impressed for an 8-year-old laptop, CRS - the supplier - provide a detailed checklist carried out before shipping and offer a 12-month warranty, backed by Amazon. So far, I am most impressed and have no hesitation in recommending the supplier and the quality of their service. You will not be disappointed.

May 13,2020This should be 5 stars really . Received well packaged a Lenova think pad ordered via Amazon from CRS. There was a problem with windows not loading correctly and tried to contact CRS vis the website given but the site it said was not longer available. Went to Amazon who said as usual just return it for a refund , which was not what I wanted to do, Amazon contacted seller and had not told them of the problem but just had put in for a return fortunately finally the web site suddenly appeared again and the problem was explained. An overnight update of wndowns meant I was finally able to load windows correctly but I am just disappointed the method of contact to resole the problem was unnecessarily long.

At at time when all laptops etc were selling fast and out of stock, I came across this great deal for a really decent Chromebook for my son to use to do home schooling. We were prepared to wait 5 or 6 days as suggested at the time of ordering but we were AMAZED that it turned up the very next day!! My son is 8 and was literally jumping of joy! It has been a God Send over the last couple of months, thank you!
