May 25,2020I had a problem with the first laptop I received as it blue screened during the Set Up, but the customer service team were great and soon arranged for a new one to be delivered at the same time as they collected the old one. The new one is working well.

May 25,2020Bought a refurbished HP Elitebook Laptop via Amazon. The Laptop arrived in a couple of days, far earlier than the advised delivery date and very well packed. The Laptop was in perfect working order with preinstalled Windows 10 Pro. Very pleased with all aspects of this purchase.

May 23,2020I bought my laptop refurbished through Amazon and although they said they'd be approximately 10 days for delivery, I received it within 2! Really impressive, especially during lockdown. The laptop is pristine with no dents and scratches and came complete with a product activation key for Windows 10 and instructions for updating (which they may need to update due to changes in the windows settings menu). I'm really happy and especially with the guarantee.

May 22,2020Just purchased a refurbished Mac book via Amazon, this is the second time using the company and can honestly say one of the best companies to deal with and also back up by extending the warranty. The products are as new and came with new power cables and looked brand new even though the mac book was a 2005 version. Also delivery date was June but arrived withing 2 days via DPD and updated on progress of delivery. so in short good people to do business with.

May 21,2020I hate computers! They’re designed by geeks for nerds. I’m of average intelligence but even when I diligently follow the on-screen instructions, things don’t always go as they should when it comes to computers…… that’s when things get stressful! So you can imagine I had some serious concerns about buying a “renewed” laptop. In particular, the physical condition of a “renewed” machine (especially having taken a closer look at some refurbished ones on other websites) and wasn’t looking forward to setting up another machine from scratch, when my old Dell’s LCD screen started leaking. But happy days! I took delivery of my Lenovo Thinkpad T440 from Computer Remarketing Services (CRS) and it looks like new! I’ve looked everywhere on the machine and all I can find is a slight bit of wear on the silver plating on the “O” of the Lenovo logo on the lid and a slight 0.5mm variation on the gap between the battery compartment lid and the main casing! Yep, I know, and that is nitpicking. Set up wise nothing could be simpler. Didn’t even have to mess about with settings or entering codes, everything went smoothly – Plug and Play - connect the machine to the mains via the supplied adaptor, turn the machine on, up comes the Microsoft install assistant (that vocally tells you what’s going on) and click on the “yes” – “No” – “Accept” tabs according to your choices of set up and you’re away! No stress, no hassle, no problems – love it! Tip: Old folks, like me, might find things a bit easier to connect a mouse (which is also hassle free-just plug it in and let Windows 10 set it up for you) rather than navigate around the screen using the laptop keyboard. CRS thank you so much! Another happy customer. I love computers, when they work!

May 18,2020Although this was a reconditioned laptop, if no one had told me then I would not have known that is wasn't new. It arrived on time with a lot of helpful information from the seller to make setting up easy. Very happy. I am always a bit reticent to give 5 stars. I like to give people something to aim for but honestly can't think of anyway that they could have improved on the service.

May 18,2020I ordered a CRS Lenovo Thinkpad refurbished laptop from Amazon and was really impressed with the condition of it when it arrived. It looked new, not refurbished and so far has performed perfectly. When ordered, Amazon quoted seven working days for delivery but it actually arrived after two working days which was ideal as it was needed by my grandson for his school work when his old one stopped working. I am so impressed I am seriously considering ordering one for myself.

May 18,2020Ordered a refurbished MacBook through the CRS UK website for my wife. The device was in excellent condition and was delivered very promptly. There were a variety of Apple (and other) products to choose from and the website provides a detailed description of the specifications for each. Overall experience was very positive and would not hesitate to recommend.

May 26,2020Really pleased. I could never have afforded a brand new laptop and was nervous about a pre-owned one, but I need not have worried. My laptop came much sooner than expected and it was in excellent condition. I am really happy with it and would definitely recommend CRS UK to anyone. First Class!
