Dec 16,2021I really like how the packaging was compostable. I put all the starch packing peanuts in my compost and recycled the rest! The product came quickly. I ordered the free trial whiskey glass since I was a new customer, but since I simultaneous ordered 10 beer glasses, they did not send the free glass. Too bad!

Dec 14,2021Ordered monogrammed crystal Glencairn whisky glasses from Crystal Imagery as a gift. A few days after ordering we decided we wanted to change the monogram letter and name (from first name to last name). I immediately contacted Crystal Imagery and fortunately, the engraving process hadn't started yet. Customer service was great in helping us get a change order in. Less than a week later the glasses arrived and they were absolutely stunning. We would definitely order from Crystal Imagery again.
