Jan 27,2022Ordered custom logo coffee mugs. The entire process was great ... I was a first-time customer. Customer service was great in answering my initial questions, the logo proof was sent quickly, and the products were created days BEFORE the date I was told. Items shipped quickly as well. One minor speed-bump...while they were very well packed, two of the mugs showed up broken. I sent a photo and email to customer service, and the replacements were on their way within days. The replacements were packed the same way, and arrived intact. Great experience overall; confident I will use the company again.
