We will be delighted to give this beautiful gift. Navigating the offerings on your website was a bit difficult for me as I shopped but that could be due to my lack of tech expertise. Jun 07,2021From start to finish we the process took 2 weeks. Mugs look exactly like the mock up photo they sent me. Service was kind and these mugs look and feel amazing!!! The engraving feels deep. I have little doubt that if hand washed these will last many years or until I drop it.
