May 07,2023I don’t like the tactic some companies employ when trying to gain more favourable trust pilot feedback scores. One thing that some go companies do is to ask you for feedback immediately after purchasing the product. Most people will then give five stars because that process was very simple. What is really important though, certainly in the case of an insurer is how good that company does following a claim. Unfortunately, when people are just looking at trustpilot scores if everything is five stars and most of those five stars are generated straight after policies purchased it can give a skewed outlook if that company then proves to be awful when paying out. I only have experience of this company in paying the premium, which as I expected was great. I have no idea what they are like when it comes to paying out.

May 05,2023It was quick and easy enough for me to use I’ve rewritten this because after much thinking I done my quote after hours I still got excellent replies my email reply was electronic paper work within three working days and was the next morning so excellent and five star all the way well done

May 03,2023My electric bike was stolen last month. I had it insured with CyclePlan and after reading some of the poor reviews here I was concerned I would not get my money back. However I had all the required proof and documentation and I had no problems at all getting my claim processed. Cash settlement was in my bank account within two weeks of submitting. Make sure to read the detail of the policy at the point of purchase to make sure you keep all the documentation required in case of a claim (proof of purchase of locks etc) and get the right type of lock and you will have no trouble.

May 03,2023Very straightforward website with nice easy steps building to a quote. With the Aviva name backing the cover I didn't bother shopping around as the price seemed sensible. Hope the price doesn't shoot up next year!
