I needed cycle insurance, but for an electric tricycle, which was not on the drop-down lists. After a helpful online chat with a customer service rep (well done Aimee), my query was answered and I quickly signed up for a very reasonable price.
COMPETITIVE PRICE AND EASY SITE TO FOLLOW
Very good service
great coverage and easy to set up!
Easy to follow site and good competitive price
Be if the policy terms is that I have to lock and take a picture that I have locked. Can you imagine clicking pic of your bike each time you lock it. Horrible terms.
Fairly easy to set up cover great price too.
Easy to use website and good price na
Easy online renewal process and a good price.
Appaling experience with Cycleplan. It took them over a month to process my claim, which was ultimately approved, and then I have to wait for more than two weeks to get confirmation about the settlement. Called several times. First time, they told me that the settlement was approved and I just needed to send the details for the payment. Sent three mail, never got a reply. Called again, they said I had to send a new email because apparently replying to old threads doesn't update their ticket system. Done that, one more week has passed and I still haven't got a reply. It's now been almost 2 months since my bike got stolen and I still haven't been able to buy a new one.
Ease of navigation through all the questions Great price

Mar 27,2023Buying the policy was easy. I can’t comment on customer service or the claims process as thankfully I haven’t needed it and hope that I don’t ever :-).
