Never had to claim so not sure how that's handled but signing up to them was quick and easy and no irritating phone call after trying to sell extras like some insurance companies. Might seem small but for someone like me who has anxiety on the phone, that meant the world to me.

Excellent site. Found the tricycle insurance I required in a few minutes. (I changed from a bicycle to a tricycle as I got older; and took out the insurance in my 80th birthday! 😂)

Company was very unclear about what is/isn’t covered and where bikes are allowed to be stored. On multiple occasions, they told me the opposite of what was said in the policy document they sent me. Stressful as I want to insure my bike correctly and comply with the policy wording!
