Dec 01,2024I spent a significant amount of money on three items. As a bonus I was entitled to three free gifts which was a nice bonus at the time. The package arrived with a document listing all items including the free gifts. The free gifts were not in the box (labelled package 1 of 1). Cykom have conveniently chosen to ignore my multiple emails.

Oct 31,2024We rented two bikebags for two triathlon bikes via cykom. At home we discovered that one of the bike bag was not for a triathlon bike, so I had to take my bike a part more than necessary(which ruined my bikefit). The adapters for quick release wheels were too small in one of them, which made it difficult to attach the bike properly. and on the other one the adapters didn't fit because of some rubberbands too big. But we managed. On our way to the airport we discovered that the wheels on one of the bikebags didn't work as they should, and made it really difficult for us to transport(had to carry it most of the way) We sent cykom an email about what we had experienced with the bags, but as we traveled over a weekend we got a reply on Monday. The replay was, that it was not their fault. they showed us the bags. We should have made objections when we picked up the bags. Our first experience with bikebags and traveling with bikes.

Oct 27,2024Aldrig har jeg oplevet så dårlig service! Vi havde indgået en aftale om leje af to cykelkufferter, og vores depositum blev bekræftet. Da vi ankom for at hente kufferterne, var butikken lukket, og vi kunne ikke komme i kontakt med nogen via telefonen. Jeg sendte en e-mail, men fik først svar næste dag. I deres svar beklager Cykom.dk situationen og anerkender, at de ikke informerede os om de ændrede åbningstider. Åbningstider som havde været ændret i godt 14 dage forinden. Vi måtte finde en alternativ løsning, hvilket medførte en merudgift på 640 kr. Cykom.dk mener ikke, at de har noget ansvar for disse omkostninger. De har haft mange muligheder for at gøre det her til en bare nogenlunde oplevelse, men de har fortsat med skuffe gang på gang og overhovedet ikke forsøgt at imødekomme os, tiltrods for at de gentagende gange har bekræftet at det var deres fejl. Det er også bemærkelsesværdigt, at de efterfølgende har ændret deres åbningstider på hjemmesiden, hvilket indikerer, at der har været en fejl i deres information. Jeg kan på intet tidspunkt anbefale nogle af indgå en lejeaftale med Cykom.dk!

Oct 18,2024I recently purchased a BMC from Cykmon, and I have to say, so far, so good! I managed to get an unreal deal on the bike at a knock-down price. The delivery was surprisingly speedy, and their customer service has been excellent – fast and helpful responses every time I've needed assistance. Looking forward to many rides ahead!

Sep 12,2024I bought a carbon seat post from this shop, and what did I receive? A cracked, completely unusable item. You would think they would immediately replace it, right? WRONG. Instead, I’ve been going back and forth with them for THREE WEEKS, answering endless requests for photos, more photos, and yet more photos. Finally, after wasting all that time, their solution? “Send it back, and we’ll have a look.” And they stopped replying to my emails!! All I want is a seat post that’s in good working order, but apparently, that’s too much to ask from this company. This is completely unacceptable, and I will never shop here again. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with headaches, delays, and terrible customer service! Absolutely disgraceful.

Aug 30,2024I am always sceptical about buying from non-UK sources. However CYKOM exceeded expecations. Very quick to deliver (around 5 days from order). No issues with VAT or customs. The photos on the website make the bike's condition look worse than real life. 100% recommend for the ex-pro team bikes.

Dec 07,2024Jeg bookede et bikefit, som var nødvendigt at ombooke, da man mente min cykel var for lille til at tilpasses ordentligt (jeg kunne dog ikke få at vide hvilken størrelse jeg så burde købe). Efter en del manglende svar og rykkere på flere e-mails, skriver jeg i slutningen af september, for at høre om tid i december. Vi taler nu over en måned senere og jeg har intet hørt tilbage, så må formode pengene er gået tabt. Det er en oplevelse jeg helst ser andre være foruden og jeg vil bestemt ikke handle, eller have at gøre, med Cykom fremover.
