Aug 17,2023Purchased an used Enve 3.4 disc with slight cosmetic damage. Wheel was packaged very well. Bearings, as indicated on the add, sounded fine. However the valve was leaking and would not tighten. As a result I went to take the tyre off. I have 4 bikes with tubeless tyres so I am well used to removing a tyre. The sidewalls of this tyre were stuck to the rim. It was so firmly stuck that I thought I had inadvertently been sold a tubeless tyre. I eventually got the tyre off. I then had to renew the rim tape. I reinstalled the valve and sealant. After a number of spins I noticed the tyre was loosing pressure. The valve had loosened. I believe I will have to purchase a new one to rectify the issue. Finally I hear a strange noise from the wheel when in use. I am still trying to figure out if this is normal or if it's a mechanical issue with the wheel. Not the experience I had envisaged to be honest.

Aug 11,2023Not even receive the order I bought a month ago, so what can you expect? They run on worst logistics company - UPS, always with delays, lost... Just to remember a successful business is when you are able to offer a product, but also when you close the circle and are able to fast deliver the order to your customers, and here, they miss 50% of the story. Really dissapointed. Let's see what they can offer, up to today, they got my money, I am waiting for my order.
