Aug 02,2023Really impressed, as advertised the helmet I bought was brand new, all bits included and in perfect condition. Delivery was uber quick as well, arrived the next day despite the website saying it maybe 5 days, which would have been fine too. Will be using again...

Aug 02,2023I have already made 3 orders - one was bike and was super happy with condition of bike (used) and especially packaging. Everything precisely packed, good communication from shop and not ordinary product. One of my most favorite shops to spend my money currently :)

Aug 01,2023Ordered a no name helmet, a named helmet arrived. No apology was given at any point in communication, instead it was explained the team had decided to sell them this way. If you offer “named” or “no name” during the check out process and a customers selects “no name” you do not expect a named helmet to arrive, nor do you expect the company to not apologise when it makes no mention of “no name” actually meaning named on the website. Still waiting for an apology….and no, the option of peeling the sticker off is not acceptable. Make it clear and apologise, you got it wrong.
