Sep 20,2024The positives were that they sent a lot of items. Clothes seemed decent quality. The return process was SUPER easy (just need to head to a UPS store.) HOWEVER.....anyone who is regularly using them must be a doctor or a high-level investor, because if I kept everything in the box, I'd be out close to $1000. So for a single mom on a fixed income, this will not be for me. I did keep a super-cute jumpsuit, though.

Sep 14,2024I had used stitch fix years ago and loved it so was excited to try.. could not have been a worse experience 1. Got a free item for signing up but couldn’t check out. After time with customer service just decided not worth it 2. 1st box hated every item. I actually checked my preferences to make sure I didn’t make a mistake as I put size large and was sent both large & XL which were too big. I said skinny or straight jeans and got flare, clicked $60-100 limit- almost every item in my box was over $100, etc 3. Since I didn’t like anything in the box went to use my $40 credit in the outlet.. again couldn’t check out so had to spend another 12 mins on with customer service just to get the $40 credit I already paid 🙄 safe to say I have canceled and will never return Oh added: 1st box was scheduled to come 9/2 and came 9/10

Sep 14,2024They are not any different than Wantable or StitchFix except they send you more clothes and they are higher priced. Also it seems that they don't have the ability to assist with anything once they charge the box in full, even though items are being returned. I pushed out my date due to being out of town but it was charges in full, over $1k, the fee wasn't applied and neither were the discounts on two items as they advertised. So even if I kept the clothing, they would have charged me wrong and for a lot of money frankly. Frustrated as their customer service is difficult to understand and they don't seem to understand plan logic of a situation. Closing my account for sure!!!

Sep 13,2024I have received two boxes so far and both were amazing. I needed help updating my wardrobe and figuring out how to buy versatile pieces that were affordable. I truly hate shopping in person. I received my first box and there were items I would have never picked for myself. Once I put them on, I loved them! I loved most everything that was picked for me. Returning the pieces that didn't fit or I may not have cared for were easy. I immediately ordered another box. I kept everything out of the second box except for a skirt that didn't fit me. I can't wait to get my next box. For me, the price is worth the convenience of not having to shop in person and try to find things that I think will look good on me and are also versatile to use in other outfits. The quality of the items is also great. These are not fast fashion pieces that you will wear for a season and they will be worn out and worthless. Overall, this is one of the best decisions I have made to help me simplify my life.

Sep 12,2024I was surprised by how attuned to my style profile notes my first box was. The second was a little less so, but I kept 3 items each time. I like having a large selection to choose from; the size/fit (even the pants) has been pretty good (I'm petite at 5'2", so it isn't always easy); and the clothes seem to be better quality, for the most part, than I was getting with Stitch Fix. It seems that my stylist has paid attention to my input and made an effort to send things I might like and use.

Sep 12,2024This is my second try with Daily Look, I ended up purchasing 4 out of the 10 items. I liked 9 out of the 10 items. This Stylist did a much better job than my first stylist. Only 1 item did not fit. I ended up purchasing an additional 5 items that were featured on sale. The quality was excellent. It is important you choose from the price points that give you the quality you expect. IE lower price point will equate to lower end clothes. They have a variety of price ranges so I chose middle to upper and the quality was on point.

Sep 11,2024I have tried a couple of subscription services, and daily look is dishonest, misleading and has the most manipulative pricing and promotions. For instance, a pair of jeans they are selling for $128 will retail for around $60. I understand there may be a mark up, but doubling the price is unethical at the very least. Additionally they will send multiple promotion codes, and you cannot combine them. This is ok in theory, but you HAVE to put that on the marketing materials. Daily Look does not put it on their promotional materials or on their app. It doesn’t say it anywhere, and they will not honor it as it is written. False advertising/deceptive advertising is illegal, and yet they engage in it as a regular practice. I would not trust anything they send to me.
