I got 2 boxes from them with 2 different stylists and both were horrible. The first one came with colors and items I specifically asked to avoid, wrong sizes, and overall poor quality. The second box wasn't as far off the mark but again, poor quality especially with a lowest price of over $50 for a single item. I had taken the time to do the style quiz and had put together a deck of over 50 favorite outfits. Not a single item from my favorites arrived in either box. One other downside compared to stitch fix, you can't just buy the outfits you favorite. You have to wait for the sample sale which is just the rejects in odd sizes. Overall, they don't listen to you, the same items are available online for less (seriously I googled it they mark up a lot), and they will give you items that don't fit. After 2 months of not buying anything I lost $70 just because I decided to give them a try. I suggest you don't make my mistake.
My stylist knows my preferences and does a great job of accommodating. The clothes are great quality. I also like the notes from my stylist at about how to style pieces.
She was very responsive and polite. Understood my request and was able to clearly communicate next actions.

I would give this 5 stars but the clothes quality is sometimes subpar And the stylist has been a hit and miss But the convenience is a lot. Hoping my boxes get more honed to my liking!!!

Great Customer Service response. There is an issue with a lost box which we are still trying to track down. UPS appears to have lost the box but to date DAILYLOOK customer service has been extremely helpful and patience.
Hi! I just signed up for the subscription Saturday night, and woke up to a preview of my box Sunday morning. How does that happen? It was clear that the stylist, Ashley had not read my style profile, or favored outfits that I had taken the time to complete. I've emailed to ask that she start over taking into consideration what I have selected. I didn't want to remove 2 outfits but to scrap the entire box. After reading these reviews I remain hopeful since I have done my part to communicate with my stylist before receiving my first box. Stay tuned.....

I tried two boxes of DailyLook deliveries. I found the clothes were overpriced and kept very little. I cancelled my subscription on their website and then got another box a couple of months later with no prepaid UPS return label. Tried to get the shipment stopped and was told “you can always send it back”. Very frustrating service. Don’t recommend

I've been using Daily Look, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The way they match clothes to my style and preferences is spot on! Every box feels like it was curated just for me, with outfits that are both stylish and comfortable. The pieces are high quality, and I love that they introduce me to trends I might not have discovered on my own.

I was hesitant at first, but now very excited when I get my Daily box. Working with your own stylist is so great; mine is always on top of everything I ask for. The clothes are great (sometimes a little expensive), but so worth it. The quality of the clothing is amazing. I've tried other places and the clothes I received didn't fit and seemed cheap. I am very happy with DailyLook!
The Daily Look customer service rep very professionally handled a discrepancy between their record of the items I kept and what items I actually kept. They acted quickly and refunded the difference.
