Erra fixed my mistake and everything was taken care of at that moment. When I had a question they were always there on the spot to help me. Thank you DL

Sep 07,2024I wanted to change up my personal style. I took the quiz, thinking that my input would give the "stylist" some sense of what I was looking for and I specified several things...I like loose fitting clothes, wide leg jeans, I keep my arms & shoulders covered. I like the styles of the 1920s and 1970s...and those were rather colourful decades. When I was shown my first box...NOTHING was anywhere near what I liked. Sleeveless blouses and dresses, form fitting jeans, blouses with elastic banding... I reached out and said that there was nothing about that box that I liked. I asked the rep to cancel the box and my subscription. Her response: "once the box is styled we cannot cancel it." To me that's utterly ridiculous! I was told the box would be shipped and I could then return it. Again, something absolutely ridiculous and absurd. I caught the FedEx driver and told him to send it back. I refused it. Bottom line: that "quiz" they make you fill out is crap. No contact with the "stylist" except when she sent an email, canned I'm sure, stating that my box had been styled and was ready for me to check out. The whole experience was heartbreaking. But lesson learned...If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. No one knows you better than you.

Sep 02,2024The ad that caught my attention was that they were better and cheaper than Stitch Fix........I figured I'd give it a shot. #1 the box was overdue by a week #2 the clothes are EXPENSIVE and definitely mostly not what I would wear. (I did take the styling test). I returned all and waiting to cancel my subscription.

Sep 02,2024My stylist put forth great effort and did a wonderful job overall selecting items for me. She even helped me to LOVE items I never would have chosen for myself. I could tell she listened to my feedback and looked at the items I was "liking" to see my style. My biggest complaint with DailyLook is the astronomical markup from the manufacturer's prices to DailyLook's prices. When I can order it directly from their website for a fraction of the cost, I will just shop on my own.

Aug 31,2024I was excited to try Dailylook. I am pretty sure the stylist didn't look at my style inventory or what I wanted. My box looked like a bunch of leftover summer tops that didn't sell and were now on the clearance rack. I won't be using this again.
