Ordered my first box on January 19th with delivery February 11th. They had not even started styling me on the 11th. Terrible first impression. I was able to cancel easily and get a refund.
I am happy when there are several great items to pick. I am sure it is challenging for stylists and Tara has done an excellent job.
I was charged a styling fee January 6th and have not received my box. It is February 10th. I'm told they can't fill the order which is fine. But they also won't refund the styling fee. If you can't fill orders, you should not be charging. The website also will not allow me to cancel my subscription. Never again!
I signed up in December, got flooded with promotional emails and finally when I got a preview of my box 4 weeks later it was horrible! I said my style was "classic" and not a single piece reflected this. You can only decline a few items, so I did and then heard nothing for another month. Then a surprise charge for my February styling fee! So two styling fee charges and zero boxes have arrived. What. A. Scam. Pro tip: screenshot their plentiful ads on IG and get the pieces yourself. Less expensive and more fun too. By the way, NONE of those cute things were in my box. There was a "positive vibes only" t shirt in there! Smh

I have contacted this company 3 times now about canceling my subscription. I placed and order on Jan. 5th and i still have yet to received anything from this company. Another charged showed on my acct. Feb. 4th after I asked for my subscription to be cancelled. $70 total has been taken from me still with nothing received. They will not cancel my subscription because they are saying I have to wait to receive my 1st box. But they cannot tell me when that will be. Keep giving excuses about fires. They said they would email me when my box ships. I asked since it had not "shipped" yet then would couldn't they just cancel the order altogether. I got the run around all the times I have talked to someone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYAND THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING!
I sent a message to customer service and my request was honored within two hours. No frustrating emails, phone calls, etc. I was impressed.
They're quick to respond to any issues. Customer service is great.
I was charged 2x and received no product. I wrote a note and they promptly refunded my money and wrote me a very nice note. Thank you
Daily Look is the best style company by far! The items selected by my stylist consistently align with my preferences and requests, and most of the time the items fit perfectly. I find the clothing to be a much higher quality than clothing sent by other style companies, which works well for my focus - adding classic, timeless, higher quality pieces to augment my wardrobe. There have been a few occasions I needed assistance from the customer service team, and they responded promptly, answered questions, resolved any issues, and were pleasant and helpful throughout the process. I love Daily Style and always look forward to my next box! A very happy and committed customer!
Billing Question/Issue I had an issue with billing and emailed customer service over the weekend. I got a prompt response, and the issue was resolved by Monday afternoon!
It was awful. I had only two small requests from my stylist and I complained when they were ignored in my first box then again in the second box. I couldn't speak to anyone that could help me and in the end I wasted $70 in "styling fees" for absolutely nothing.

I ordered 4 shirts dec 5th. I am still waiting. There are so many shipping co transporting my shirts that the last one was considered a scam from the post office. They come from China. DO NOT ORDER
Excellent customer service every time. I've only had a couple small issues - delayed shipping or a missing credit, for example - but the reps are always quick to respond, responses are relatively personalized, and they more than make up for any little mistakes with kindness and quick solutions. The stylists are always on point too... a company that seems to be built on great people. That's not even talking about the clothes themselves, though, which are also fantastic quality and offer lots to choose from. After trying MANY other similar services, I'll never stray from Daily Look.
There was a mixup with my box but they were very responsive to me and offered an immediate solution.
One e-mail and my account was fixed. Just an oversight. Everything is great!
Love this service! I have no negative experiences with this company. The communication is exceptional and I love the choices that have been created for me. I only return the items I feel are similar to what I already have and I’m getting out of my comfort zone. My stylist is amazing and I get a lot of compliments with my new style … I have never worn jeans in my life and I have several in my wardrobe thanks to my stylist Abby. I actually love the jeans I received ( who knew?) The policy for returns is unmatched and I really appreciate how easy it is to work with the customer service. I have no issues with delays ( I’m not an impatient person to begin with so there’s that). The company seems to run like a well oiled machine in my opinion and experience. I would recommend trying the company and remember the choices made for you by your stylist are solely based on your preference and information given prior to receiving. So if it’s not working go back to your preferences and make some changes. It’s that easy. I also appreciate the flexibility in shipment - monthly, bi-monthly-etc. you can design it to your convenience. The extension return should you be out of town is appreciated. Great customer service! I am a satisfied customer and will continue on.
