I got a very good response to my question. I just wish the app was more user friendly. It says my shipment was to be sent by Jan 21 and nothing else was showing and its almost the end of the month and I had to contact them. Still there is no shipping information.
I have been waiting for a box. I know that the company has been impacted by some natural disasters. I email to inquire about the status of the box. They replied quickly and gave me a refund of my styling fee.

I contacted DailyLook regarding my sign in and password. I received a quick response from the Client Service Rep and he was very helpful, walked me through the whole updating process of my account and waited until I confirmed that everything was good before ending our call. The Good The Bad and Some Ugly Actually only a few things I thought were ugly, for me! I love having the box arrive and seeing what fits my style and closet. Some items are so close to what I already own it is amusing. I have really liked all the jean styles and most of the tops. Dresses have been challenging but last box I was so excited to select a dress I love. I like more of the items than I buy because they are a little past my comfort zone and perhaps too young but still tempting. I will definitely try more boxes.
Daily Look style team went above and beyond to accommodate me. I'm on my first box so the jury is still out but I can't wait. Everything looks beautiful on the preview.
Company has high quality clothing and the web site allows you to really let them know what styles you like. Their customer service is responsive and accommodating. Drawbacks include, asking twice for no more sweaters and getting them anyway, and boxes arriving a week plus over due date, twice.
More hassle than it's worth. First box was shipped to wrong address and lost. They credited me. Second box was great, and I kept a few items. Third box delayed. Now fourth box is 15 days late without any idea on it's shipment date. They said I would not be charged for the next (February) box, and lo and behold, I have been charged. After the first box, selection declined. I've provided feedback, but it doesn't seem to be considered when picking my items. I would have swapped out all the items in the box currently (maybe) on the way, but they only allow you to do up to 3. Totally not worth the $40 "styling" charge each month if they aren't listening to what you actually want/need.
A nice variety of things to choose from in each box - I so look forward to getting it and being able to try on at home. You can't always tell how something will look unless you try it on - and having someone else choose for me takes me outside my habitual buying inside my comfort zone. So much fun!
They addressed the issue and corrected it, as requested. It would have been a 5 star review if they were available on the weekends to resolve issues.
I love the styles that I receive. My one complaint is that I have told my stylist that I am a mom of 4 and do not want items that are hand wash or dry clean only. I simply will ruin them by accident due to the amt of laundry needing done regularly, however I keep getting my box with most of the items hand wash only.
Hey, I think this is great fun and I've bought some nice clothing. However, it has been difficult getting onto the website appropriately and the return box/bag has worked once smoothly, but other times not.

Jan 31,2025I have had great luck with my stylist and up to now, great service. I like many of the pieces yet many times they are overpriced. I try to update my favorites and Elizabeth is doing a great job of matching clothes to my style. It's like Christmas when the box arrives! If I have something similar already in my closet, I return that item. Due to external circumstances, my box is more than a week late. They did refund my styling fee which I do appreciate very much. I will continue to wait patiently but I will cancel if the delays continue.
