The service and app may be one of the most frustrating user experiences I’ve encountered. I’ve tried to include my feedback and requests for improvement below- Page 1 | My Box The track package link is worthless. The date is never accurate, and you’re not providing the user with an option to legitimately track the page. The tracking number cannot be copied, so the user has to manually type the tracking number into an entirely different site or app to know what’s going on with their box. Please don’t waste our time or energy this way. Independent of the page, why is it that a box is marked completed and then doesn’t arrive to the recipient until two weeks later? Why can’t I see what items are being shipped to me? You’d have so much more app traction if users could see what they were getting, and get excited about it. Page 2 | Chat with Stylist For goodness sakes PLEASE JUST PUT THE HOURS and accurate time zone the stylist is available, so we don’t have to sit there and wait for it to load, only to say, “They are unavailable. Would you like to send a message”. As a user, it’s frustrating to receive this text - obviously I want to send a message, that’s why I opened this page, and sat here and waited only for you to tell me they aren’t available. Why can’t the immediate greeting be, “Your stylist is available via chat from X:XX AM to X:XX (time zone too). They will respond to your message at their earliest opportunity. Thanks for your patience.” That way if it’s always the message, you aren’t making the user wait to reach a nonsensical message. Page 3 | Styling This page is frustrating because a user can’t just “like” a look. They have to add a comment. If you’re going to force the user to interact after liking, at least make it easier on them. Put boxes for them to check. You can even make them generic enough that you can repeat them for all images if you don’t want to customize them. Example: _ I love everything about this look! _ I like some pieces of this look! _ Jacket _ Top _ Bottom _ Dress Again - examples only, but for goodness sakes make this easier for us. It will only benefit you more too when your stylists can get clear information. You can certainly leave the comment field for users that have the time and energy to expand on their selections, but for the rest of us, please fix this experience. Page 4 | Account This page isn’t awful but the order of these items makes no sense. Also, the order history should show me what I actually purchased. This just shows the list of boxes and it’s not even accurate.
I received one box from Dailylook, which totaled $280. I have continuously been charged $40 a month for TEN months after getting this box. When I emailed them they said I owed them $472 and my account would be charged until I rectified that balance. Nowhere on my account does it state that amount. I am so dissatisfied with this online company.
I loved the styles I received in my first box. I only chose one item from the second box. The quality and craftmanship of the clothing is top-notch. I love being able to look at the items that someone else chose for me. I wish I could afford more items - but sadly for me, too, I mainly wear medical scrubs for work and we have one day where we can wear "normal" clothes. Love DailyLook!!!!

I enjoyed getting the Daily Look boxes, and I bought a few of the items. It was fun getting so many options in one box. My only downside was the prices. Each garment was considerably higher priced than I would normally spend for clothing.
I have had two very good experiences so far. I appreciated with the second box that my stylist took into consideration previous items I had purchased. I’m trying to establish a staple wardrobe and this was very helpful.
Customer service was prompt in answering my questions. My first box was full of more expensive clothes but hopefully we can fine tune that as time goes on. I also love how many items I received in the box.
I made my selections in the profile to include “cover” arms, no tank tops, and no high rise jeans. Guess what was in my preview of the box- 3 high rise jeans, 3 tank tops and 2 sleeveless dresses in colors I specifically said I did not want. I emailed the stylist as it suggested and I received no response so I called to cancel the box and the subscription- that was easy and no hassle. I assume because they have to do it often. At least Stitch Fix doesn’t blatantly ignore what you ask for.
I LOVE this service...and the clothes! I've received 2 boxes so far and am really enjoying the selection of clothes that my stylist provides. It is fun to receive the box, to try on clothes THAT FIT and make me feel great, and to test new styles that I would never seek out for myself. It's easy to check out, to send back the items that don't work, and my stylist has been very responsive. I really love not having to go to the mall to shop - it's a game changer. Thank you.
My stylist contacted me by email and asked for any colors or fashion needs. They responded quickly and both of my boxes have had what I wanted. Friendly, courteous and prompt. Who could ask for more?
What a miserable experience. My "Stylist" was unresponsive even when I tried to send her chat messages through the app AND when I attempted to email with her. When I saw the preview of the items, I didn't like ANY of them - not what I had asked for at all. But you can only change 3 max items in the shipment. So I called customer service and at this point my box was already on the way. They said to try the pieces on and they would contact my stylist in the meantime to let her know I had reached out. Well - got my box and it was horrible. The pieces they had exchanged for the ones I didn't want were atrocious. One was a blue and white patterned crop top. I am a mother of young children. While I wear an XS and probably could have "pulled it off" this was nothing of what I expressed I was looking for as being "casual, put together, everyday mom pieces". The letter included in the shipment referenced how to wear the pieces....except they referenced pieces that WERE NOT included in my box. Sent every single item back. Also - the items I got were of poor quality and over-priced. The tops I could have purchased off the rack at TJ Maxx for $20-$25 each. Daily Look was charging $60-$80. Apparently I have better luck picking things out for myself.
The clothing I have received are of high quality! In received two boxes and kept 5 items out of each boxes. My stylist really listens to me.

Apr 02,2024My most recent Dailylook box was one of the best I've received. I ended up purchasing five items. Three of the most beautiful tops, that will mix and match quite well with other items in my wardrobe.The quality of the materials are so good you would think I spent twice as much. I also purchased two pairs of lightweight pants that fit perfectly. These items are all classics, I know they will be an integral part of my daily look. A Huge shout out to my stylist Rachel and the Dailylook team.
