Dec 20,2020My order for a Shimoda Backpack was acknowledged promptly by email and I even received a phone call to check that I had ordered the correct size of rain cover for it, which I had not, because I did not know that the exact size for my backpack was available. The correct size was substituted. I was kept informed of delivery by email and text. The order arrived on the arranged day and during the hour that it was due. The quality is superb. I have found Dale Photographic an incredibly honest and helpful company to order from. They sell top quality goods. I will certainly buy from them again, and recommend them to friends as well.
