Great Bag! Recently ordered a new Backpack for my new gear and am very pleased with it. Dale Photographic, where the only stockists of the particular product and I found that they also have loads of other stuff that is tricky to find elsewhere - if you live in the UK.

Needed some binoculars for my husband's birthday which were sadly out of stock. The staff at Dale Photographic were a real pleasure to deal with and managed to get exactly what I wanted in time for the occasion. Would definitely recommend.

Communication is key. Communication was excellent; Mike was quick to assist with me changing order details and answering any questions I had. The box for my Zeiss lens arrived at DalePhotographic with some serial number written with a marker on top. The team took the initiative to strive for perfection, requesting a replacement from Zeiss and informing me of the situation. Only when I said I didn’t mind at all that they had it sent to me the same day. Arrived the next day. Proud to be a customer, and sure to return.

I began by ordering the wrong filter online, my mistake! A simple e-mail to Dales resulted in my order being changed before the incorrect one was dispatched. Really Dales were right on the ball, they could not have been more responsive. But then I have always found this throughout our 10 year retailer/customer relationship.
