May 29,2020Fantastic service. Ordered an item from a well known 'grey market' website. Took 3 weeks to arrive so ended up looking elsewhere. Found Dale Photographic on Google. Phoned up, asked if it would arrive next day and said it would. Went ahead and ordered at a great price and it arrived the next day. The lens I ordered is perfect. Arrived safely and securely. It was only slightly more than the 'grey' site but now I have the peace of mind of 5-year manufacturer warranty (Tamron) and a free Peak Design strap. Not to mention providing much needed support to UK businesses during this difficult time. Will definitely use again!

May 27,2020I've used Dale online and in store. There's a warm welcome and even during lockdown while the store was closed 1 guy was left taking calls. The camera market has still got a vibrant independent sector with service levels that go well beyond the national retailers and Dale Photographic is a gem in the North of England that serious photographers can rely on

May 11,2020The staff working at Dale Photographic were extremely helpful and provided immediate responses to my email enquiries which resulted in me buying a new lens from them. All of this was done via email under the current restrictions and I cannot fault any part of their service. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for any of my photographic needs.
